"The accomodation is excellent but the staff lacks attention to details. I had requested a breakfast pack (as I had paid) to be prepared as I had to check out early the next day. I repeated my request twice and the reception confirmed. However the next day nothing was prepared. I had earlier requested the same at another hotel and there was absolutely no problem. "
