Wunderbar schön, Check-in, Ausstattung, Lage alles perfekt! Eine große sehr saubere, angenehme Ausstattung,neuwertig renoviert! Alle Räume großzügig, Küche gut ausgestattet, Bad sehr sauber, Betten sehr gut, großer Kleiderschrank, wir waren 6 Tage da, es hätte nicht besser sein können! Einen Tag vor Abreise haben die Vermieter eine Party veranstaltet die bis ca. 3 Uhr Sonntag Morgens verlief. Es war sehr laut. War Enttäuscht das man uns vorab nicht Informiert hat. Waren auch dort um uns zu „Erholen“

4 Tage Auszeit von Weihnachten und Neujahr

Der Aufenthalt war genau so wie wir uns den vorgestellt haben. Wir legen viel Wert auf die Möglichkeit zum wandern. Die Unterkunft ist über Tag nicht genutzt sondern nur am Abend und natürlich nachts. Die Lage ist für unsere Ansprüche genau richtig. Sie liegt am Ende einer Sackstraße und hat einen fantastischen Blick auf die Hügellandschaft um Balve. Die Wohnung erfüllt alle unsere Wüsche. Nicht hat gefehlt und wir sind hochzufrieden. Wir waren sicher nicht zum letzten Mal da.

Wir waren enttäuscht

Leider hatten wir am zweiten Tag ( zwei Übernachtungen gebucht) kein warmes Wasser und keine warme Heizung. Bis heute gab es keine Erstattung und das bei den Temperaturen. Wir hätten gerne noch mal die Unterkunft gebucht, aber bis heute kam nur eine kurze Nachricht vom Vermieter, mit einer kurzen Entschuldigung. So sollte man nicht mit Kunden umgehen ! !

Sehr entspannend, tolle Aussicht. Die Küchenutensilien sind in drei Schubladen untergebracht, könnte etwas mehr sein. Habe auf Anfrage auch unseren Hund mitbringen dürfen der sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt hat

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt ☺️

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und das Schlafzimmer ist auch neuer als auf den Fotos. 😉 Es gibt auch eine Terasse was man leider auf den Bildern nicht sieht. Das Wetter war jetzt leider nicht mehr so schön um diese zu nutzen. Der Ausblick vom Esstisch war morgens herrlich. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter. Der Kühlschrank war leider etwas klein und nicht mehr so top. Aber hat funktioniert. 😉

Kurztripp nach Balve

Die Wohnung ist schön und sehr ruhig gelegen, sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Traumhafter Panorama-Blick von der Terrasse auf Balve und die Berge. Man kann einen romantischen Sonnenaufgang genießen - so man Frühaufsteher ist! Wir haben dort einen Kurzurlaub verbracht und kommen gern wieder, wenn sich die Gelegenheit ergibt.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Boden hatte leider einen Wasserschaden, was uns bei der Ankunft mitgeteilt wurde. Es hat uns nicht sehr gestört. Wir waren den ganzen Tag unterwegs. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eine schöne Wanderwoche

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sauber. Die Lage ist sehr schön und man vieles z.B. das Zentrum und verschiedene Wanderziele fußläufig erreichen. Auch die Infrastruktur von Balve ist sehr gut. Wir haben hier eine sehr schöne erholsame Woche verbracht.

Gemütlich modernes Zuhause, kommen gern wieder

Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war super, auch, dass wir Tage später erst anreisen konnten, war kein Problem. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin ist sehr gut, höflich und um rasche Erfüllung aller Wünsche bemüht. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet mit allem, was benötigt wird, wir haben nichts vermisst. Eine Waschmaschine wird im Wäscheraum bereitgestellt, der nach Anmeldung geöffnet wird. Der Fußboden ist mit Laminat versehen, der toll aussieht. Achtung jedoch bei Kleinkindern im Krabbelalter, da ist er unpassend, weil einzelne Platten lose leicht nach oben ragen. Für Erwachsene, die die Beine heben können, jedoch gar kein Problem. Fußboden soll auch erneuert werden, mit Krabbel-Kindern einfach vor Abreise beim Vermieter anfragen oder Decke mitnehmen, um die unebenen Stellen zu verdecken. Der Blick auf das Sauerland beim Frühstück ist atemberaubend und für Ruhesuchende einfach perfekt. Sorpesee mit Schifffahrt- und Wandermöglichkeit, Balver Höhle für Events direkt in der Nähe, auch Rewe ist mit Auto super zu erreichen. Frisches Obst und Gemüse aus der Region wird am Straßenrand verkauft. Perfekte Ausgangslage für das Sauerland! Vielen Dank für alles!

Sehr freundliche Ferienwohnungsinhaber. Check in/out unkompliziert. Wohnung geräumig und voll ausgestattet. Ruhiges Wohngebiet, etwas höher gelegen, tolle Aussicht, max.10Min. fußläufig vom Ortskern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
