Good hotel, clean and convenient to get to Inner Harbor. Parking is expensive, would recommend you looking into pre-paid parking before going as there are many parking garages within walking distance,
Very nice place. rooms were quiet. It is in a busy area and parking is off site. People were very nice from front desk to housekeeping. Breakfast was very nice. Shower was awesome.

When I entered the hotel the staff too busy reading the paper to look up. The fact there where two different elevators was not explained and I went to the wrong wing. The guest that checked in after me did the same thing. It was interesting in the Am - the other staff busy eating breakfast and watching TV - seems they were more important than the guests!!!!!

Had a great weekend stay. Staff was lovely, breakfast was good, the attached restaurant/bar had great food and service. Everything was clean and well-kept. There were several restaurants within walking distance, several museums, and Little Italy - definitely try the pastries at Vaccaro's! My only complaint was the beds - they were firm enough to give me and several others staying at the hotel a lot of aches and pains in the morning.
It was clean, friendly staff and within walking distance to attractions. A better variety of breakfast would be nice but staff kept food available.

Loved the architecture, very best of Baltimore. Location was central to downtown, could walk to everything. Breakfast buffet was good quality. Pillows were comfy and the room was clean.
