The condo was very comfortable for my husband and me. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed the front deck and could watch the geese care for their 11 offspring. We also were visited by a majestic Blue Heron. We went for a long weekend trip for some peace and rest time. We succeeded!

We had the best time staying at Saratoga lake. Waking up on the lake was amazing. We enjoyed the local restaurants along with down town Saratoga and the park! Our host was exceptional in communicating with us and would love to come back when we can get out on the lake. Thanks Nick

Overall, the property itself is really nice. Clean, has all necessary supplies. Dock usage and lake are pretty awesome. The actual section that this house is located in is just OK. The neighbors are rude. The rules are VERY strict, but other than this it was a pleasant stay. The owner had great communication and was very helpful. It isn't his fault the neighbors are a minus not a plus. The views are great. We spent time mainly in downtown and surrounding parks. Kayak rental was awesome as well.

This accomodations at this lakefront get away are idyllic. A perfect escape from everything yet close enough when even walking distance to 2 restaurants and an ice cream shop and so close to downtown Saratoga. Every time I visi I can’t wait to come back again.

This property was absolutely amazing! Beautiful location and accommodations! Well stocked with kitchen supplies. Clean inside and out , outdoor space beautiful, grill clean. Super friendly and accommodating owners I have rented quite a few VRBO rentals, this by far was the best! We plan on being returning renters! I if it was possible I would give this property far beyond a 5! Definitely planning on returning!

Perfect in every way

I was looking for a special vacation spot on the lake and found this first level condo that fit my needs. I spent a fair amount of time on the covered patio watching the lake and the ducks. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed, and the owner was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

On the lake

Very nice property. Check in and check out was very easy. Great host who answered any questions I had within minutes. Only 10 minutes from White Hollow Farm if you are horse showing.

Memorable family vacation

Beautiful first-floor condo (everything provided except food) beautiful lake view and access! Enjoyed waking up to the lake…enjoyed pontoon boating, kayaking, Saratoga Racetrack, Painted Pony Rodeo, Saratoga Springs Park and many great restaurants nearby!

Peaceful Beauty

My husband and I decided on a spontaneous get away…and this home was perfect. The home is extremely well maintained. The view is stunning! The proximity to most destinations in the area facilitates an easy trip. And, the owners were extremely helpful with information that made our trip relaxing and enjoyable.

Best VRBO on the lake

We wanted a weekend getaway on the lake during the fall. Thankfully, Nick and Lynn were extremely kind and patient as we had some schedule conflicts. They are always accomodating and always our 1st choice to stay in one of their many VRBO's which we love. Whether it is just my husband and I while having our college daughter visit or when we book a larger property to accommodate our other adult children forna family weekend. Everything is always clean and perfect.

If you travel a lot, like we do, every now and then you stay at a location that deserves the 6th star. The quality of the apartment and amenities were all first class. Through good fortune we met one of the owners (Nick) and had an instant connection. The other two units in the building were vacant (rare I'm sure) and Nick gave us a tour. He and his wife Lynn have done an outstanding job furnishing all the units and the location looking out onto the lake? Well, that adds the 6th star. If you are planning a trip anywhere in the Saratoga Springs area, look into the availability of this property. You'll be very happy you did.

Serenity on the Lake

The property is right on the perimeter of the middle of the lake. Gorgeous views. Everything you need is there. Parking is very close. Nice quiet area. Would stay there again.

Lake getaway

The inside of the condo was very comfortable and had all amenities. Views of the water from bedroom and living areas were beautiful, and you can’t beat having your own dock right out the back door. We brought our motor boat and this was a perfect arrangement.
