Hotel was closed for the season when I arrived. I found out there was a hotel owned by the owner's relatives, on the next street. This other hotel honored my reservation. This confusion made the taxi driver very angry because he had to wait around.

2 kişilik odaları berbat olan yer

Odanın kapısı direkt sokağa açılıyor. Sokakla aranızda sadece bir kere kilitlenen aluminyum kapı var. Odayı görünce otelin sahibini aradık, keşke aramasaydık. Ümit "bey" kaba bir şekilde beğenmediyseniz başka yere gidin ama boş yer bulamazsınız dedi, başka yere gitmek istedik ama Balkan şenliklerine denk geldiğimiz için tüm oteller doluydu. Komodin bile sığmayan el kadar odada konaklamak zorunda kaldık. Temizliği eksik, bavulu açınca yürüyecek yer kalmıyor, güvenli hissettirmiyor, yatak çok kötü, beach cluba çok yakın olduğu için müzik sesinden uyunmuyor. Asla odayı derleyip toplamadan çıkıp gitmem ama burada o kadar rahatsız oldum ki tüm dağınıklığı ile bırakıp gittim.

Achtung Abzocke. Zimmer war verschimmelt , Möbel war kaputt , Der Putz von den Wänden kam runter wegen Feuchtigkeit. Hab auch direkt Expedia angerufen, Expedia hat mir leider nicht geholfen das Problem zu beheben die haben gemeint ich solle dort bleiben und es gibt auch kein Geld zurück . Werde nie wieder bei Expedia buchen .

Otel konumu iyi fakat daha önceki konaklamamıza göre daha olumsuz dü 4 gün kalan müşteriye daha vasat oda verirken tek gün konaklayın müşterilere daha iyi oda verdiklerini gözlemledim üstelik online işlemden sonra arayıp konuşmama rağmen dolu olduğunu söylediler fakat balkonda çamaşır bile görmedim geldiğim gün ilk gün oda temizlendi dediler daha önce kalan konukların çöpü dolaptan çıktı pike kirliydi geçen yıla göre gerek personel gerk de havası çok değişmiş buzdolabımız bozuktu belirtince başka bir odadan yenisini teğmin ettiler ayrıca bir daha online rezervasyonumda sitenizi tercih etmicem çünkü taksitlendirme yapmıyorsunuz bu da size eleştirim bir çok site taksit hem de bol taksit yaparken ben neden sizi tercih edeyim

Bayramın 1. günü odadan kovdular!

Tatilden 3 gün önce 25 m2'lik balkonlu triple bir oda seçip, peşin ödemesini yaptığım halde, Önce zemin katta balkonsuz hizbe bir oda gösterdiler sonra da 10 m2'lik double odaya ek yatak koydular. Mecbur kabul ettik, ama bu odanın fiyatıyla satım aldığım odanın fiyatı farklı. Ben de oda fiyatları arasındaki farkı seyahat acentesi üzerinden talep ettim. Ertesi gün kendisine otel sahibi diyen birinin "Odayı boşalt!" çıkışıyla karşı karşıya kaldım. "Polis çağıracam." diyorum, "Çağırırsan çağır, boşalt odayı!!!" diyor. Parasını peşin ödediğim odayı vermiyor, bir de beni kovuyor. Tek olsam neyse, yanımda eşim ve 6 yaşında kızım var. Ramazan Bayramı'nın 1. günü, hiç bir otelde boş yer yok, çıksam direk istanbul'a geri döneceğim, başka çare yok. O arkadaş da bu odayı 10 katına kime isterse çakacak. Krizi fırsata çeviren işletmeci diye buna derim ben. Hayatımda başıma böyle bir şey gelmemişti!!!
