I stayed for 3 nights at this hotel, the place is so nice, room quite good and i like the location too also there is sky pool bar which can be accessed not only by hotel guests (public). I'm very thankful for the staff and head security were friendly and very helpful when i lost my phone near by the hotel and they looked after the cctv and help me out with it. Problem solved quick. I would definitely stay here again.

Truth, for about 40.00Cad a night I️ really couldn’t have asked for any more. That said although my stay was comfortable there were a few things that i found was misleading on their site. Cons: 1- the gym, yes- there is a gym. It’s about the size of a walk in closet and I️t consist of a very old treadmill (I️t does work so that’s a positive), an elliptical, a weight machine and a water cooler. As there wasn’t anyone there when I️ went in I️t was fine- but I️ can’t imagine how I️t would work if there was more then 1 person. 2- Thé security guard at the front. Upon original arrival I️ was happy to see this as i figured it would be safe. This is until I️ returned to the hotel after a few hours away and the same guard asked me if i was staying here. When I said yes he proceeded to ask me what room number i was in. I️ was stern in reminding him I️t was none of his business, but that experience really made me feel uneasy. 3- check in times, my flight arrived at 9am so I️ got to hotel about 10am. This is not a hotel that offers early check in... Pros 1- the pool- is lovely. An awesome spot to tan. 2- the rooms are clean.

The hotel is in pretty good location, and is decently clean- however, it is DATED-- looks like it was nice YEARS ago and they haven't kept it up. Cool pool area, but weird- you can t charge drinks to your room- cash only! AND---- forgot to mention, the bag guy at front can't count. We had him hold our bags for 1 bit before we could check in---- he could not seem to realize we had 3 bags not 2---- it took us multiple times to explain. OH, and they don't let you have 2 room keys. My husband said - what if my my wife gets her nails done , and I go somewhere else????SOrry no two room keys allowed. The security at front is sort of comforting. The hotel was fine, but not worth 4 stars --- definitely not in Indonesia, or any other country for that matter.

I booked this on booking.com for 464,062 Rupiah or $34 a night for 4 nights and wish it would have just been 1 night. I ended up in room 263, and they had an elevator which was nice. It also seemed like there was an old section of the hotel and a new one. I was definitely in the old portion, It photographs nice but looks rough up close. You enter through a couple of broken metal detectors and a security guard who lazily checks your bags. Upon checking in they required my credit card to charge me an additional 100 Rupiah which somehow validated my original payment. The hotel is listed in Legian but is really in Kuta, this is a bit deceptive and the location is what i disliked the most. The area is kind of spring break like, walking the streets the merchants grab you and try to pull you in their stores and the massage ladies grab you as well. People are extremely aggressive in this area and everything is over charged if you are a tourist. I showed two taxi drivers the uber rates while trying to negotiate and ended up just using uber as they where so far apart. I negotiated a ride here from the airport for 100,000 Rupiah or $7.40 and ended up booking transfer back to the airport for the same price through the hotel but should have just used uber or grab. I would not book any travel through the hotel, I tried to book a ride across the island and the price they quoted me after 20 minutes of phone calls was more than getting a driver for the entire day. They give you a voucher for 2 free drinks, but when you get to the bar they break it to you that they are non alcoholic drinks aka fruit punch. The good - The wi-fi is good, there was a mini fridge in the room, the shower is nice, AC works well, the pool is very nice and the price is nice. The Bad – The location, the merchants around the hotel, the noise in the hotel – don’t plan on sleeping in, the walk to the beach - 20-30 minutes, the service in the hotel.

Bad experience ever...we are come from Vancouver for honeymoon . Mr Restu give us hard time regarding the payment... All the booking is done from our friend as a gift. But he said We have to make a payment ASAP....We already explain who is the person responsible for the payment is our friend. Still he don't want to listen us...Really not professional. All the staff and Chef is helpful...Mr.Restu is suck ...!!!

16 day stay. The security guys always wanted to know where I was going, if I enjoyed myself, legit conversations, they got to know me. The reception staff was well accommodating with minor maintenance issues. The housekeeping staff needs better supervision. Missed cleaning service, empty towel racks, and apparently two overlapping twin sheets is acceptable on a king bed? They have king sheets, just didn’t use them. The breakfast buffet was one of the most chaotic experiences I have ever experienced.

I really like a lot.Everything is perfect ,the bed, toilet,tv channel, parking area, breakfast was delicious and good service.... I will give 100% percent and Five star to the hotel..! I will be back again next time..!

Legian is good hotel on great location. Room is big, cleaned daily and aircon works great. Have 2 pools, one on roof with pool bar and other on ground floor so you can choose where you want to be - for sunbath or in the shade. In front of hotel is Starbucks for cofee lovers. Bufet breakfast is with variety of choices. Security is on high level, as there are guards on the entrance 24hours.

Friendly staff and polite. Also good location and got so many market in the road. The breakfast is not bad if will be better if they got more choice And the hotel is clean and they got two swimming pool.

Location is great all clubs are nearby, stay here if u want to party ,rooms were clean bit small but u can upgrade by paying some amount . Breakfast was good, staff was helpful ,cheap if u book online.
