For less than 400k/nite, the room is clean but small. Bathroom? way toooo small. And breakfast? really dissapointed. Less variety and quality. But the location is good, easy to get to central kuta and legian. But i will not return back to this hotel.
We enjoyed our stay here. The room, location, service, price, all is good. Just our wash basin need to be fixed. We love how you provide snack and tea for tajil in ramadhan and free flow drinking water. We can rent motorcycle here and car to the airport too.
Good value & close to everything. Only problem is that taxi drivers have difficulty finding it. Beach close walking distance & plenty of restaurants close by. Staff friendly & helpful, always concerned for the guest.
Perfect hotel for those who wants great accommodation and economic budget. The hotel has a nice swimming pool with ring basket for spending time in the evening. We stay 5 days 4 night. The staff were friendly. Thanks for Desta the duty manager for providing us the late checkout. Hope to see them again sooner.
Very accomodating staffs. They let us check in earlier than their check in time so it gave us more time to explore bali. The location of the hotel may be walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops but the place is very relaxing and away from the busy crowds. Highly recommended.
Nice room and clean. Spacious and good for budget traveller. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. Clean pool and great environment. Just near to Kuta Beach and less than 5 mins by walk. Really enjoy to stay here.
I booked it because I liked the concept of the room, the unusual "southern/thameslink toilet"-like bathroom with a shower as well, something innovative. But it doesn't really work as it gets too wet and not cleaned properly. Everything stained in it. It just feels wrong as well. The room itself is quite clean, not spotless, but this is something we got used to already around here. It's also quite noisy in the morning (after 7) it's impossible to sleep, as staff and guests are slamming doors, shouting, talking loud. Internet very slow in the room, same downstairs at the computer, useless. Breakfast absolutely horrible, I really don't understand this method of serving breakfast in a hotel. At least if the food would be nice..but it's terrible. I didn't even bother ordering it for my second morning. Some tasteless stuff in aluminium package kept in a heater till you go and pick it up..with plastic cutlery..like on an airplane or something. Absolutely wrong. Location good, walking distance from quite everything. It's okay for a night or two, I wouldn't recommend for longer.
Pop hotel Kuta is located within walking distance from the beach. It reduces unnecessary room needs so the price become reasonably cheap. The staff are friendly and caring. Foods are freshly served with smart packaging.
My friend and myself stayed here in total for 3 nights, we were actually meant to stay for 8 nights. From when we first arrived it was a very basic room, actually rather claustrophobic. The toilet and shower are located in what can only be described as a pod with the sink outside by the room door. The first morning, we noticed tiny insects crawling around the sink where it required more sealant and then as the day wore on there was a leakage by the toilet which is very off putting considering it is an all in one shower room. Later that evening we decided to go to legian street where we ended up being mugged and also someone had attempted to pickpocket us. The reaction of the staff when we reported this at the reception that same night when asking for the police didn't fill us with confidence, it was very nonchalant considering the distress that was evident After this the location became a big issue as it is based down some very dark narrow side streets and we just didn't feel safe. The final straw came when my friend actually slipped over in the middle of the night into a puddle created by the air conditioning which had leaked all over the floor. We did voice our concerns to housekeeping but there was a language barrier. In final, I personally wouldn't choose to stay here again. I found the staff very disappointing, the standard of the room just wasn't up to scratch and the location isn't great bearing in mind we were two girls travelling on our own after experiencing a mugging.
Location: just a walking distance between from kuta beach and legian street, hard to navigate if you use a car because the alley is so narrow. Parking area is large. Service: nice staffs, check in/out was fast. Breakfast: the room rate already included breakfast, which is nice, and the breakfast itself is also nice, you can pick your breakfast from 6 choices the day before. Room: A typical pop room, small but fine. Wifi: Didn't use it. Other facilities: They have a small swimming pool which is nice and hot water at the lobby.
