Great stay!

A great week!

Our family of 5 loved this home! The boardwalk access to the beach was key for our young children and we went back and forth throughout the day. It’s in a great location!!! We loved using the guest pass at the BHI club for the pools, splash pad, playground and restaurants! Thank you for such a fantastic vacation!!!

Perfect Location

Four of us stayed at the house - 2 couples. It was perfect and it gave us an extra room to escape to when one of us needed to get work done. The location is superb, the view was very nice, the breeze off the beach was delicious and made all the difference on hot and humid days. We were close enough to ride bikes to the Shoals Club and really anywhere. The only criticism we had was the cleanliness and the house could use a little more TLC. The windows were smeared and lots of dirty finger prints on doors, bannisters and furniture. The shower had some mold in the grout and there was a shower seat that was really grime but we moved it into a closet. We bought some cleaner on our first day and went around the house to freshen it up. Other than that the house was really perfect!! It had everything we needed, a 6 passenger cart, 3 bikes (a little rusty but hey! It’s an island!), linens and best of all a washer and dryer. I’d definitely come back!!

Mini Vacation on the Beach

My wife and I had a great few days at this property on Bald Head Island. My major reason for renting this property was the ocean access and views. It did not disappoint!

Great house and location

Everything was great for our family of seven with two small exceptions: the lack of beach chairs (only 2) and difficult to find towels for inside showers/bathrooms (found some inside a closet inside a clear plastic bag). Other than that, it was absolutely perfect!

Best beach house

The perfect beach house for 2 families. The golf cart is brand new and one of the best carts on the island. It was great to explore the island in such a nice cart.

Very Re-Laxing....

Long time BHI visitor but first time at Re-Lax. Very comfortable rental with all of the bells and whistles. Clean, neat and a pleasure the spend our tie at the beach. Great and easy access to the beach and a great place to stay. We'll be back for sure.

Wonderful in every way!

This was our only time we stayed on the island, and I am so happy that we chose this property. It was so clean and the location was amazing. Just a short walk down a wooden walkway and we were on the beach! The house was comfortable and was beautifully decorated. The manager was very kind to us, allowing us to pick up and drop off the golf cart at the marina . This helped tremendously because we took a Sea Tow and didn't have access to the tram. We would love to stay again next year and make it a yearly tradition!

We loved how close the house is to the beach.

We really enjoyed everything about it and would rent again. There were two beach chairs that were getting pretty rusted but still functional. May need an upgrade. The golf cart is very old and hard to steer and brake. May be time for an upgrade here as well. Both are pretty minor. We loved the renovation and modernization of the house.
