Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental process was easy and the description was spot on. The layout of the house is ideal for our Thanksgiving crew. The house could be a little better stocked - more kitchen items, batteries for dead remotes, spare trash bags, etc. there also was dog hair on the furniture and beds which left it on our clothes. WW was responsive as always with our WI-FI issues and provided bikes when the house didn’t have any. It was a great rental overall.

LOVELY house, amazing location. Really appreciated the 3 golf carts and plenty of beach chairs. House very clean and plenty if towels. Only 2 slight negatives HVAC and lack of 2nd fridge/ice machine. The HVAC performance on main floor left something to be desired. Glad there was a box fan to help move air around in the kitchen but still was quite warm by comparison to top floor. Also the ice machine in the refrigerator was not really working. We were surprised that a home with 3 golf carts/2 sets of washer/dryers would.not have a second refrigerator or at least a standalone ice machine. This being said we would definitely come back. Cant beat the location and Wendy Wilmot Properties always top notch management!

Great house and layout - needs some attention

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the location and the layout. The house lacks in cleanliness, supplies (silverware, bikes, etc), and furniture. The main family room one sectional is too small for the size of the house (seats 4-5) with no easy or comfy chairs to add to the arrangement. There were sandspurs all over the rugs, dog hair on furnishings and wasps in the bathrooms. It looked like the house had been cleaned but sat for awhile. It would have been nice to have it refreshed.

We LOVED Seahaven 7. Our favorite house, easy convenient location for access to beach, BHI club, market, and mike's bites! The house was in great condition, and really pretty and had unbeatable views. Hope to book it again next summer. thanks you!

We had a wonderful stay at Sea Haven. The Wendy Wilmot team has taken care of us and provided us with a week full of awesome memories. We cannot wait to return again next year. Sea Haven was a perfect home for our family with a great location!
