Beautiful hotel- but has its problems. First, found someone else’s cigars in the room upon check in. Cable tv was unavailable for our stay- front desk told us to just use TV as a smart tv (which is wasn’t). Apparently some rooms have smart tvs- but even on a low-business night, front desk made no effort to move us, so we all huddled around our iPad. Many electrical outlets were non-functioning in the room, making charging phones and using a cpap machine a “pick one” moment. Also was charged $20 for extra person when four of us rented a “family quad room”…

The hotel seems to be undergoing slow renovation. Everything is worn, old, and in generally poor condition. The cable tv did not work during my 5 day stay. Hot water takes a very long time to get in the room. The restaurant did a good job with breakfast, but it did not open at all on my last morning; so, it may not be reliable. Had to go ask for things like coffee for the in room maker and decaf was all they had. The pluses are an affordable price, what looks like a nice swimming pool, and the breakfast, if it is served.

No blankets on bed or even in the room..had to ask for that, no plastic bag in ice bucket…had to ask for that.. Had coffee but no coffee maker..there was only two luggagae carts and one was broken..I had to point this out to staff. Place was generally worn out and beat up looking. Won’t go back.

Overall it was fine the room was outdated electrical outlets on the lamp table didn't work had to pull the bed to get to the wall outlet to plug my phone charger... On my 2nd day when we came back to our room at the end of the night our room my key card was no longer active so we had to walk all the way to the front desk to get a new key card and since they only have 1 desk person available to took us 20min to get service because she was dealing with a check in... The parking gate situation is annoying because again you have to page on an intercom that the front desk clerk has to answer in order for you to go inside the gate and when tge clerk was busy it took almost 5min before someone would pick up the page other hotels have an access code that is given at the check in time so that you can go in and out without having to wait for the front desk clerk to let you in or out of the parking lot it's just an inconvenience...

When i got to the hotel the receptionist told me that there was no hot water or t.v and said if i still wanted to stay,so i said no and told to call expedia so the can cancel my reservation i called expedia and they won't answer the phone, so expedia ask me to go hand out the phone to the manager she didn't wanted to answer finally she did and said that she won't cancel the reservation so expedia give a $25.00 credit on the next stay afer 5 days 🎶

Front desk was very nice & as helpful as they could be. But that couldn’t make up for no hot water, no AC, no screen door to keep the bugs out (had to keep the patio door open to avoid melting) & people partying around the pool till after 2AM on a Sunday night. It was comically bad. Even for the price, it was not worth it.

The staff was very helpful. The attendant informed me of the beginning of the access and exiting process, in addition to not having TV access. Having to press to allow access and entrance was an inconvenience. I thought not having TV access was not going to bother me...But, I like to look at something on TV when I am at the room-not able to do so.

I cancelled walk in smelled like cheap nasty hotel and when I walked up to the desk clerk she had a sad face. and most of all she said NO HOT Water. I Cancelled my trip to top off they charged me $30 like for cancellation I said WOW and this was on Saturday 20th and today is the 23rd and I still do not have my money back my refund what I paid on the card.

Do not stay at this hotel. There was semen on the bed, dirty pillows, no gas to the building for hot showers, no cable in room, left hotel asking for refund and they refused. Avoid at all costs!!

Hard to sleep with people coming and going at all hours. Their business model is set up to cater to large groups, not individuals. That being said, you don't matter as a customer unless you're in the tour bus. The rooms are ok, but the water pressure is sometimes low and the "hot" water is not even lukewarm at times.

Hotel allows large party in the pool area starting 10:30 pm on a Sunday. No quiet hours. Good luck. Also front desk told me the renovations by the owner were done cheapest as possible and probably not up to code. They'll be fixing it soon so that means more noise and inconvenience.

I checked in Go to my room no hot water no TV on the AC was off unplugged plugged it back in got the AC on took forever. For my room to cool down. Take a shower no hot water. No tv One to the restaurants/bar. Order dinner almost an hour later. The server came back and told me. The cook was nowhere to be found and they were having a gas issue therefore they could not cook anything. All these issues were known to all the staff but yet did not let anybody know when you checked in. Went back to the front desk different personnel. Completely rude and blamed me said I knew of these issues and still chose to stay there. Spoke with who seemed to be the owner she did not care one bit phones are down to you can't call the office. Check out this morning still no hot water took my key to the front desk astro receipt no paper in the printer so to use a map and printed on. That I receive this place needs to major help. No stars given.
