I stay here a lot, staff is always friendly and helpful. This location is going through a remodeling so were a little more limited in some ways. Cannot wait to see the changes. Still will continue to be my place to stay when in town. Safe, clean and quiet.
The staff (1 person) was pleasant and helpful. The dining room and bar were closed due to Covid restrictions, but they served breakfast. Go figure. It is a typical Hilton Garden Inn.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place feels a little old and tired overall. The toggle on the bath/shower was funky and I had a lot of trouble trying to get some hot water. The hand wand/(also shower head) was mounted very low for a person of my height (5'10")- not too convenient for washing hair. I'd stay again because the staff was very responsive to my concerns, and because now I know more of what to expect.
Hallways carpeting was dirty, stained and no AC therefore it was hot mugging
We came and stayed with our cheer squad! We picked the Hilton for the indoor pool and we'll go back for the amazing staff!

The people were very friendly and helpful. One unique thing I noticed upon arrival is the complimentary flavored water.
All weekend long the ice machine was empty on the 3rd floor. I believe Anna was the front desk lady in the evenings? Long brown hair. Horrible service
Nice hotel. Clean. Friendly staff. Very nice dinner and breakfast. Goid WiFi. Only disappointment was a very very small fitness room with very little equipment.
We stop regularly on our way to and from the desert. Staff is outstanding !!
Our room did not have a counter in the bathroom , never seen a bathroom like this in all our travels , just terrible . There were not any cups in the room for coffee or water. We tried to switch rooms but the front desk person was too busy to show us another room . We would like a refund or credit . How can you have a bathroom without any counter space!
