The location of the hotel was not ideal. It is hidden in the back of the property and a multi-level car parking area is under construction. It is not ideal for walking around the city because of its remote location.

This place is horrible! The manager, Kurt should NOT be in his position. He catered to a fellow Filipino over me when I waited in line first while the other guest skipped ahead of us. It was his way of “de-escalating” the situation when I called out the guest for getting ahead of me. For the amount of money you pay, you would expect such standards from service to updated rooms, but room was very outdated for $150 plus a night!!! Make sure you have transportation or else you will be walking ways to get to the highway/road to get a cab!

I took cold showers all week because they have no hot water!! I booked this hotel because their website advertised it was a 5 minute walk to Burnham Park. It is actually 23 minutes very close to vehicular traffic!!! The air con did not get very cold. When the door is closed, anyone outside our room could see all the way across our room because of a space between the door and door jam. I called hotels.com the second day of my stay requesting to cancel the remainder of my stay. The lady I spoke to said she would have to call the hotel the next morning but it should not be a problem. She said I would receive an email so I could proceed with booking another hotel. I never heard back from her and I never received an email. I stayed the whole trip taking cold showers every day!!! Will not stay here again and after using hotels.com for many years I will not use them again. They left me in a horrible situation and obviously did not care about me business.
