Tolle Aussicht mit einigen Abstrichen

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war super, der Gastgeber machte einen späten Check-In möglich. An und für sich ist das Appartment ok. Die Matratzen im Bett und auf der Couch waren leider beide nicht sehr bequem. AirCon war vorhanden, allerdings nur im Wohnbereich. In der Ausschreibung stand, dass Handtücher und Bettwäsche inklusive sind, aber der Gastgeber wollte dann 80 Euro dafür haben (wir haben daraufhin unsere eigenen Sachen mitgebracht). Beim Betreten des Appartments roch es nach nassem Hund, wir stellten recht schnell fest, dass der Geruch vom Boden her kam. Wir haben dann am nächsten Tag einen neuen Lappen besorgt und das Appartment 2x durchgewischt, danach war der Geruch zum Glück weitestgehend weg. Die allgemeine Sauberkeit war ok (Geschirr hatte Reste dran etc.). Mehrere Geräte (Backofen, AirCon, Boiler) konnten nicht zur selben Zeit laufen, dann flog die Sicherung raus (es ging immer nur mit einem Gerät). Morgens und abends gab es leider immer wieder längere Perioden, in denen es gar kein Wasser gab (vermutlich wenn alle anderen in der Wohnanlage auch Wasser brauchten). Besonders geärgert hat mich aber, dass der eigentlich schöne Pool von uns quasi gar nicht genutzt werden konnte. Erstens hat er lange Zeit am Nachmittag geschlossen (13-16 Uhr). Zum anderen dürfen keinerlei aufblasbare Gegenstände genutzt werden, Tauchen und Spiele sind verboten. All das gilt sogar, wenn man komplett alleine im Pool ist. Dieser Pool ist für Familien also gar nicht geeignet. :(
