Paradiesisch wohnen ist etwas anderes

Die Pluspunkte sind ein funktionierendes und stabiles W-Lan, fließend Warm und Kaltwasser und ein teilweise saniertes Bad. Für mich wäre ein längerer Urlaub in dieser Wohnung absolut nicht vorstellbar. Im Bad ist das Waschbecken sehr niedrig montiert und anstelle einer Stange, wo der Duschkopf in Höhe und Neigung verstellbar ist, ist ein einfacher Halter montiert. Dieser ist nicht verstellbar, wodurch man beim duschen ca. 1 Meter entfernt stehen muss und damit das halbe Bad unter Wasser setzt.Die Möbel sind teilweise alt und in einem entsprechendem Zustand. Die Couch beispielsweise ist so durchgesessen, dass man fast Probleme hat aufzustehen und an der Schrankwand im Wohnzimmer ist ein Regal lose und droht herunterzufallen. Die Plissees an den Fenstern sind krumm und schief, teilweise falsch eingebaut und die Vorhänge in den Schlafräumen sind so durchsichtig, dass keine ordentliche Verdunklung zum schlafen möglich ist. Auch sind in die Vorhänge teilweise falsch angebracht, sodass dieses sowieso unmöglich ist. Die ganze Wohnung zeigt sich in einem, meiner Meinung nach, desolatem Zustand, mit Dübellöchern und Löchern in der Zimmerdecke, die nicht beseitigt wurden, die Bepflanzung auf dem Balkon ist wahrscheinlich von letztem Jahr, vertrocknet und entsprechend unansehnlich. Das schlimmste war jedoch der morgentliche Lärm. Da die Wohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe des REWE Marktes liegt und ziemlich genau über der Warenanlieferung, war die Nacht um 05:00 Uhr komplett zu Ende.

Angenehmer Kurzaufenthalt

Wohnung ist wie beschrieben. Alles notwendige vorhanden und sehr sauber. Toller Blick vom Balkon. Das Haus selber ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und die und die Parksituation eher schwierig.

große Wohung in schöner Hanglage

Die Wohnung war sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Die am Hnag sorgt für einen schönen Ausblick über Bad Schwalbach. Kann die Ferienwohung nur weiter empfehlen.
