Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter was gut und hatte kurze Antwortzeiten.Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss, hat von der Geschosstreppe aus kein Podest zum Koffer abstellen und innerhalb der Wohnung mehrere Ebenen/Stufen (mal ne Stufe raum oder runter von Raum zu Raum). Allerdings blieb die Sauberkeit hinter den Erwartungen zurück. Der Wasserkocher und die Armaturen (Küche, Bad, Dusche) waren verkalkt. Das Geschirr glänzte nicht so, wie auf den Fotos und war teilweise nicht ordentlich gewaschen. Im Haus wohnt ein starker Raucher, die Wohnung, Bettwäsche und Handtücher rochen nach Rauch und Gegenduft aus Fläschchen und Kerzen. Einen frisch gewaschenen Eindruck machten alle nicht. Letztendlich haben wir viel Zeit außerhalb der Wohnung verbracht, die Aufenthaltsqualität war für uns gering, kein Prime, wie die Anzeige suggeriert.Aus unserer Sicht stimmten Preis und Leistung nicht.

War ganz ok. Lage sehr zentral. Kommunikation vorab war gut. Das Treppenhaus war leider sehr mitgenommen und schmutzig. Die Whg. selbst ganz ok. Ausstattung könnte noch etwas besser sein, z.B. eine Kaffee-/Teekanne. Und im Bad wäre ein Duschvorhang kein Luxus... Wenn man mit 5-6 Personen anreist, sollte man bedenken, dass es nur 1 Bad/WC gibt.
