Schöne Anlage, etwas aus der Zeit

Die Ferienanlage ist in einer schönen Umgebung nahe Bad Saarow direkt am See gelegen. Die HĂ€user sind baulich schön, mit Terrasse, KĂŒche, Bad mit Sauna. Das Interieur ist jedoch sehr in die Jahre gekommen, da wurden seit Jahren merklich nur kleine Reparaturen vorgenommen. Bereitgelegte Gesellschaftsspiele sind nett, aber nahezu alle unvollstĂ€ndig. Auch die PS3 war kaputt. Die Sauberkeit war ein großes Manko, unter den SchrĂ€nken und Betten fand sich viel Schmutz und teils noch GegenstĂ€nde vom Vormieter. Dieser hatten wohl einen schwarzen Hund - den auffindbaren Haaren nach zu urteilen. Die Holzböden in den Schlafzimmern riechen so als ob sie etwas zu viel Feuchtigkeit abbekommen hĂ€tten. Die FeWo ist vom Mieter besenrein zu ĂŒbergeben, offenbar findet keine weitere Reinigung statt. Die HĂ€user sind wie erwĂ€hnt schön, wirken jedoch etwas vernachlĂ€ssigt. Die Bewertung "außergewöhnlich" ist fĂŒr uns absolut nicht nachvollziehbar.

Sehr saubere Anlage waren 2 schöne Tage einzige Problem - Haus war eisig kalt man hat Heizung angemacht am Tage runtergedreht und musste fĂŒr 2 Tage 95 kilowattstunden bezahlen - 53 € ein Wahnsinn kommen aber trotzdem wieder wenn es wĂ€rmer ist
