This house is idyllically situated on the eastern shore of the Scharmützelsee in the spa town of Bad Saarow. It is located on the upper floor on two levels with a total of 103 m². You can reach it via your own external staircase. This house offers plenty of space for a relaxing holiday and unique views of the Scharmützelsee. It has 3 bedrooms and is therefore ideal for 6 people. An extra bed is possible in the gallery. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet on each level, with a whirlpool below. The Bad Saarow holiday homes are located on the eastern shore of the Scharmützelsee right on the water and surrounded by Brandenburg forests. The well-kept, light-flooded houses are built in Scandinavian timber construction and are only a few minutes' walk from the lake. The modern and versatile equipment of the houses leaves nothing to be desired, even on vacation. The location of the houses offers unique visual axes of the Scharmützelsee! Use a variety of sports and leisure activities during the day and end the evening with a glass of wine on the terrace and enjoy the picturesque sunset. The costs for electricity (EUR 0.35 per kWh / underfloor heating and domestic hot water preparation) and water (EUR 7.00 per cubic meter) or gas connection (EUR 0.90 per cubic meter) are charged on departure based on usage.  “Pets can be booked on request for € 8.50 per day.  “The bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Ein schöner Ferienpark, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber schön am See mit Bademöglichkeit.Die Holzhäuser heitzen sich sehr auf. Glück hat, wer große Bäume als Schattenspender davor stehen hat.

Gut geeignet bei jedem Wetter

Sehr ruhige Lage, direkt am See. Durch den Baumbestand ist vom Haus leider nicht so viel vom See zu sehen. In die Innenstadt läuft man über eine halbe Stunde, da der Ferienpark am südlichen Ende von Bad Saarow liegt. Das Haus zeigt deutliche Gebrauchsspuren und könnte von innen eine Generalüberholung gebrauchen. Leider hatten wir sehr schlechtes Wetter, aber am Kamin im Haus war es trotzdem sehr gemütlich.
