Great area to hike and enjoy

Cozy appartment nearby the centre of Bad Neuenahr. Very clean and spacious enough for 2 persons. Terrace in the backyard and parkingspace upfront. Supermarket and bakker around the corner. Trainstation for connections to region Ahrtal and Remagen in 15 minutes walk.

Saubere Unterkunft und praktische Ausstattung

Wohnung war Ausgangspunkt für diverse Wanderungen im Ahrtal. Schlüsselübergabe war mit der netten Vermieterin schnell erledigt. Die Wohnung ist stilvoll renoviert und praktisch eingerichtet, alles neu und sehr sauber. Die Küchenzeile ist recht klein und nur für kleine Mahlzeiten interessant; wir sind ausschließlich essen gegangen. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig; wir haben aber trotzdem gut geschlafen. Insgesamt ein kurzer, aber schöner Aufenthalt.

Erfreuliches und weniger Erfreuliches

+ Fewo geschmackvoll eingerichtet. - - Philipps Senseo gewöhnungsbedürftig: Es lebe die Wegwerfgesellschaft - für ein halbes Tässchen Kaffee ein ganzer Pad! + Die Fewo liegt an der Hauptverkehrsader von Bad Neuenahr. Im Wohnzimmer ist der Straßenlärm trotzdem nur dann störend, wenn extrem laute Fahrzeuge vorbeifahren; im Schlafzimmer so gut wie gar nicht, wegen der Lage zum Innenhof. - Bei der Einweisung hätte ich mir einen Hinweis gewünscht, dass der Parkplatz vor dem Haus der einzige, für alle Fewos im Haus verfügbare ist. Die junge Dame hätte uns zumindest auf Alternativen aufmerksam machen müssen. 0 Gang zwischen Bett und Wand des Bads tatsächlich so eng wie im Internet zu sehen, insofern nicht zu beanstanden. - - - Das Bad ist ein furchtbar enges Kämmerchen und eine echte Zumutung!!! Das Waschbecken ragt nicht sehr viel weiter in den Raum als die Ablage unter dem Spiegel. - Resümee: Wegen des Badezimmers werden wir diese Fewo nicht mehr buchen!

Kurzurlaub in Bad Neuenahr

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr Sauber und in Zentraler Lage. Sie liegt leider an einer sehr viel befahrenen Strasse und man kann im Wohnzimmer das Fenster nicht offen stehen lassen. Die Küche ist für große Kochgänge leider nicht so geeignet, auf dem Kochfeld hat nur ein Topf Platz für ein zweiten Topf wird es zu eng. Der Backofen ist Top. Es wäre schön wenn es ein Bierglas oder auch Schnapsglas geben könnte. Das Schlafzimmer ist gewöhnungsbedürftig da das Bett sehr kurz ist und der Zugang zum Bad sehr eng ist. Für korpulentere Personen nicht geeignet. Das Bad ist schön allerdings ist das Waschbecken ein Witz und viel zu klein um da was mit anfangen zu können. Bedingt sicher auch wegen der Größe des Bades. Im großen und ganzen war es ok für die Tage und wenn man keine hohen Ansprüche hat ist es auch ok.

Zentrale Lage mit Parkplatz vor dem Haus

Sehr schöner Empfang durch den Vermieter, inklusive Wasserflasche, Wein und Obstteller - sehr nett, hatten wir so nicht erwartet. Die Wohnung liegt nahe am Ortszentrum, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Nahverkehr und die Fußgängerzone sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Straße vor der Wohnung ist stark befahren, wir hatten deswegen immer die Fenster nach vorne raus geschlossen - dann war es für uns ok. Auf dem Hinterhof hat man eine sehr nette Sitzecke, wo der Straßenlärm auch kaum noch zu hören ist.

Klein aber fein

Die Wohnung ist sauber und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Urlaubsabwicklung war völlig unkompliziert. Besonders erwähnenswert ist der schöne Außenbereich im Innenhof und die gute zentrale Lage. Für weitere Ausflüge kann man den öffentlichen Nahverkehr mit der Gästekarte kostenlos nutzen. Für 2 Personen auf jeden Fall ausreichend und sehr zu empfehlen. Wir waren zu dritt, was für ein langes Wochenende auch völlig ok war.
