Sehr schönes übersichtliches Hotel 10 min vom Strand und Heiligendamm entfernt. Der Schiessplatz nebenan stört nicht. Gemütliche Zimmer und ein hervorragendes Frühstück.

Sehr nettes Zimmer. Einrichtung ist neu. Frühstück ist super. Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich. Parkplätze sind neben dem Hotel vorhanden. Liegt ein paar Meter außerhalb von Heiligendamm, was aber nicht stört. Bis zum Strand sind es zu Fuß 10 Minuten.

Schlechtes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

Wir haben drei Nächte in der Lodge übernachtet. Zimmer und Unterkunft selbst waren ok, Preis und Leistung stehen für uns aber in keinem Verhältnis: - alle Dinge, die den Preis hätten rechtfertigen können, kosteten nochmal extra (z.B. Saunabenutzung) oder standen nicht zur Verfügung (Restaurant wegen Renovierung geschlossen; Transfer zum Bahnhof nicht möglich) - statt Frühstücksbuffett mussten die Komponenten am Vortag ausgewählt werden (teilweise mit Aufpreis) - Möblierung und Ausstattung waren einfach, Zimmer und Bad mit zu viel Zierrat gefüllt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und wirklich sehr bemüht.
