Unterkunft

Gut was die Umgebung und das Wetter betraf. Für uns keine Option nochmal das Objekt zu mieten, da im Schlafzimmer sehr wenig Platz ins Bett rein/rauszukommen. Homemakeover wäre m. E. dringend nötig.

Sehr eng im Schlafzimmer! Die letzten Tage war ständig der Strom weg aber keiner hat sich gemeldet beziehungsweise drum gekümmert! Der Wasserhahn in der Küche viel ständig auseinander! Draußen die Terrasse ist eigentlich sehr schön aber das Pflaster is sehr schlecht verlegtund daher eine absolut Stolpergefahr

Gute Lage - ausbaufähiges Objekt

Das Objekt hat eine super gute Lage.Kurze Wege in den Kurpark , in die Altstadt , in verschiedene Restaurants , zum Supermarkt u.s.w. Ideal. Die Wohnung ist von der Größe ok leider total falsch eingerichtet . Der Kleiderschrank ist gleichzeitig Raumteiler nimm einen den Platz zum ins Bett gehen .Es kommt keine Frischluft in die Schlafecke. Kein Insektenschutz an den Fenstern. Im Aussenbereich gibt es ungereinigte und wilde Ecken Brutstätte für Insekten . In der Dusche sind Fugen vermodert die nicht auf schlechte Reinigung zurückzuführen ist eher auf schlechten Einbau und Verarbeitung. Aussenbereich Terrasse Unfallgefahr Platten haben sich bis zu 3 cm verworfen . Hab per Email versucht Kontakt zum Vermieter herzustellen .Keine Reaktion. Ich würde raten mehr Engagement dann gibt es einen besseren Gesamteindruck .Ihr wolltet es wissen MfG Tino Ullmann
