Got the deluxe room on a business trip. A step up from other surrounding hotels in the city claiming to have deluxe rooms. Prices are good. Legit. Has smoking rooms. Good food. Will stay here on my next visit to Bacolod City.
We stayed in a deluxe room. The bed is comfortable, room is quite big for 2. There is a room safe, wifi, and mini fridge with some drinks but the cost is quite high, so we buy drinks from the convenience store nearby. Staff were helpful and location is ok though you need to take a taxi (in our case we took grab) to go to SM, Robinson's, Manokan Country and other restaurants.Taxi fare ranges from 50-65 php/trip. Jeeps are available but we prefer grab taxi since during our visit, there's a re-routing of jeepneys in preparation for the Masskara Festival. We might get lost if we choose to ride the jeep. The management may consider to change the TV set to LED/flat screen TV since the one they have on rooms were quite old already. Also, there should be a bidet / dipper on the toilet. We requested for a dipper during our stay but I think this should be available already. Overall, we had a pleasant stay but hopefully the above suggestions for improvement will be considered by the hotel management.
We were an extended family group of 10 who stayed in a Big Family Room and Small Family Room. The rooms were clean and neatly presented. The big family room had 2 showers and 2 toilets; great for larger groups. The booking went smoothly, and staff were very efficient and polite. The food at the restaurant was nice. Breakfast was not a wide range but it was sufficient and tasty. The house-made omelettes were great! The pool is lovely. The hotel is located only a very short taxi ride from SM Bacolod mall. We have now stayed twice and will return on our next visit. We recommend this hotel.
The worst hotel ever! Their booking system via the hotel’s website is unreliable. I’ve received two emails for my booking - one to acknowledge my reservation and one to inform me that booking has been confirmed and that “to be paid at the property” is 0. However, upon check in, they needed the card again and had us sign the slip! This is so sketchy considering all the credit card details have already been keyed in online. The slip also indicated Oct 12, when the confirmation email has been sent on Oct 10th. The same one that indicated that we do not need to pay anything at the property anymore. Front desk officers are so unprofessional. Even the reservation officer, Arjean is very sarcastic! No wonder this hotel gets bad feedback from a lot of guests. A piece of advice from someone who constantly travels both locally and abroad - this hotel does not give you the best bang for buck. I’ve stayed in better backpacker’s hostels at a significantly lower value with better service!
My husband and I booked 2 rooms with hotel around 7th September. I can honestly say that I wouldn’t go back. We asked for the rooms to be next to each other and the receptionist said we would be 5 doors from each other. She provides us with rooms 233 and 219!! How the bell is that 5 doors down! The cleaner left their cleaning product in our bathroom and toilet paper in the shower floors! Lucky for me I brought my own sheets! Because the bedding is grey not WHITE! You can see the difference between my sheets to theirs! Oh they are so tight with the toilet rolls we kept running out! Luckily I travel with wet wipes! Mosquito’s we’re coming in from the broken fly screen! The light above the mirror doesn’t work nor does the remote for the TV! This hotel is a joke! Oh and they have a sign in the room that they charge 1500 pesos for smoking.. don’t be fooled into thinking that it’s for the duration of your stay as it doesn’t say per day! It’s absolutely deceiving! If I could give ZERO I would!
Nice and decent. Food is a little bit pricey, but it was tasty. Staff are good and approachable. I think I might come back here. :) By the way, we did not have the chance to use the swimming pool. :((
I will suggest that if you will stay here get the superior room. Their superior room is spacious, nice bed, and nice restroom, but if I were to choose again which hotel will I get in Bacolod I will not recommend this hotel. First the staff needs more training, it was raining that time we stayed there and we are borrowing umbrella just to go out and eat, they refused to lend us. Second using the pool and borrow their towel you need to pay extra, Third; restroom in the cafeteria stink! MOst of the waiters are like doing nothing and yet the restroom smell horrible and dirty. Lastly there are better hotels at Lacson Avenue wherein everything you need is just couple of steps away.
In spite of the poor weather condition and the fact that it was my first time to be in the area (and with no time to prepare by researching about the place, I had a very comfortable stay at Circle Inn. EXCELLENT SERVICE: all the personnel I encountered did a good job by quickly responding to my needs and requests ( e.g. for information about ferry trips)
We had made the right decision in choosing this place for our wedding dinner as well as a place to stay for our guests. The staffs are always smiling, helpful, accomodating and very professional. Our guests enjoy there stay in the hotel as well as during our wedding dinner. We will be back soon to this hotel. Before I forget, this place is worth every penny. Thank you to all the staffs!!
Everytime I'm at Bacolod, I make sure that I'll be staying at Circle Inn. Nice rooms, good food and great customer service. Shout out to Arjean and Mae who made my stay such a breeze. Thank you so much.
