Paradise found! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath lakefront home is the second- floor portion of the home that includes it's own private screened-in patio. Living room, dining area, two fully equipped kitchens, laundry room with washer/dryer and outdoor grill. The home has it's own private boat dock with an elevated deck to sit and watch the beautiful sunsets every night. There's an option to rent the first floor of this home which has an identical floor plan including it's own screened in patio.

Small gated community along the Scenic Ridge Highway with a boat ramp. Very quiet and peaceful setting yet just a short drive to all the best that central Florida has to offer including golf courses, theme parks, and great shopping.

Walk out the back patio and step out onto the white sandy beach and clear waters of Crooked Lake. We have beach chairs and kayaks available to use.

Pets are allowed for an additional fee.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features 2 bathrooms and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a microwave, and an oven.

Great place to stay

This rental was great for us to stay at this past winter, our first extended Florida stay. The host was very prompt in addressing a couple minor things and was genuinely interested in us enjoying our stay. The gated community it's located in was very quiet and comfortable, and Babson Park had minimal traffic compared to the many other congested areas of Florida. The lakefront setting was comparable to a coast-line water setting and we had many beautiful sunsets.
