Lovely, quiet, tons of space. Cows grazing in the backyard which we watched from the deck. Be aware there are no restaurants so get groceries before to cook in the full kitchen. Luckily we found a food truck

Vue super sur région mais intérieur sous les norme

Ce que Hotel.com nous donne comme installation et service ne correspond pas du tout Ă  ce que l'endroit offre. Pas de wi-fi dans la chambre. Pas de climatisation, lit double mais drap et couvertures pour lit simple. Équipements mal entretenus. Robinet cuisine n'est pas fixĂ©. Il bouge . Le bidule pour mettre la douche est pris dans le calcium. Pas capable de prendre une douche seulement un bain. La porte de la douche reste lĂ©gĂšrement ouverte ce qui fait que l'eau coule Ă  terre. Aucun savon ou shampooing. En plus on nous demande de faire le lit en arrivant car il n'est pas fait. De plus on nous demande au dĂ©part de dĂ©faire le lit et mettre le tout dans un coin et d'aller porter nous mĂȘme nos ordures Ă  l'extĂ©rieur. Finalement la rĂ©ceptionniste qui Ă©tait tout de mĂȘme gentille et poli nous dit qu'ils n'Ă©taient pas un hotel mais un appartement et qu'ele n'Ă©tait pas responsable de l'annonce faite sur Hotel.com car elle a fait affaire avec Expedia.ca qui Ă  ma connaissance sont 2 entreprises fusionnĂ©s. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs dĂ©cu .

Nuit du 10/03/17 au 11/03/17 N'y allez surtout pas...La mauvaise foi absolue !..ou comment ne pas considĂ©rer une simple remarque d'un client..... arrivĂ© Ă  18h50...Ă  19H10 je constate que la tĂ©lĂ© est en panne..aprĂšs quelques essais, et vĂ©rifications...je tente de joindre un responsable Ă  l'accueil, plus personne ! je tente de joindre un responsable par tĂ©lĂ©phone, plus personne...je me rĂ©signe Ă  passer la soirĂ©e avec un livre ! par chance je croise un autre client dans le couloir, Ă  qui j'Ă©voque mon problĂšme de tv, il vient jeter un oeil avec sa propre tĂ©lĂ©commande sur ma tv, on vĂ©rifie tout ensemble Ă  nouveau dans les moindres dĂ©tails, les branchements, les cables, etc... ainsi que les piles de la tĂ©lĂ©commande, conclusion la tĂ©lĂ© ne marche pas...Me voilĂ  le lendemain matin, je passe les dĂ©tails du genre, trĂ©s mal insonorisĂ©, l'Ă©quipe de mĂ©nage qui passe l'aspirateur Ă  l'aube, les bruits dans les couloirs rĂ©sonnant, les bruits de simple chaise dĂ©placĂ©es sur le sol de mon plafond, le grĂ©sillement de la centrale Ă©lectrique juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© qui tape sur les nerfs (en Ă©tĂ© çà doit super pĂ©nible ce sifflement permanent des transformateurs Ă©lectriques...ah et j'ai oubliĂ© le moteur de chaufferie ou d'une clim, enfin un bruit de compresseur qui tourne en permanence, sympa ! alors qu'on est censĂ© ĂȘtre au calme dans les montagnes...) Ingen service, ingen stÀdning

Bokade rum för en natt. Vi var ganska sena vi ankomsten och dÄ var det ingen personal pÄ hotellet som visade sig att vara ett lÀgenhetshotell. Första skylten man ser i lÀgenheten sÀger "StÀdnin gingÄr inte i lÀgenhetspriset. LÀmna rummet i samma skick som vi atkomsten". Det var vÀldigt tydligt att lÀgenheten har inte stÀdats pÄ lÀnge. Samtidigt fÄr man inga förbrukningsartiklar som tvÄl eller duschgel. Som tur fanns det lite toalettpapper kvar i toaletten. Det kan vara bra vÀrde för priset om man stannar för en lÀngre tid men det Àr inget hotell som jag ser det. Aldrig igen.
