Newly Renovated & Stylish Mobile home in a natural setting located 40 miles NE from Pittsburgh, PA is the perfect place to relax in a serene environment. Kick back and recharge in this calm and stylish space.
This is a very private location with no neighbors. It is perfect for anyone that wants to have a quiet remote workplace for a few days or to enjoy God's beautiful nature while having access to all the comforts and conveniences of a home.
Take a walk to the pond to enjoy some fishing or take a walk through the woods. There are so many possibilities here: hike, bird watch, picnic, sled ride, build a campfire, roast marshmallows, cross country ski, snow shoe, read a book, play a game, get a tan, take a nap, relax and on clear nights experience dark skies stargazing from the deck!
The newly renovated mobile home is offered with full usage and has a fully equipped kitchen, a nice patio, 2 bedrooms with Quinn size beds, living room with sofa bed and 2 bathrooms attached to each bedroom: one with rain shower and one with a bathtub.
This home is completely private. Grounds are many-many acres of walks with stunning views and nature all around [mixture of woods and fields] that you have access to hike, walk and explore. There is also a large pond with a fire pit where you are welcome to explore and enjoy the peace and beauty. The pond is non swimming. You are welcome to bring your fishing gear and fish all on catch and release.
Down the private road is a working farm with goats, ducks, geese and chickens, thus, you might hear animal sounds and sometimes running farm equipment. CAUTION: there is an electric fence around some areas, thus, make sure not to touch it.
On a rainy day it gets muddy, therefore, we highly recommend to bring your rubber boots with you :)
NOTE: *No Locals who reside within 15 miles radius of the zip code 15618 please* All guests must sign a liability waiver prior to check in.
