Family vacation

We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the little park down the street. The view of the golf course and mountains was lovely. The home was very clean and comfortable. Well-equipped kitchen. Communication with property management was easy.

Family Vacation Spot!!

We had the best time staying here. The location could not have been better. We were so close to Vail and Edwards. There was plenty to do at the house with a nice deck and backyard. Plenty of room for the kids to play!

Awesome location!

We were very appreciative for an early check-in after our 16 hour drive from WI. The location can't be beat. 5 minutes from Beaver Creek and 15 minutes from Vail. The house itself is extremely spacious and clean. We enjoyed the hot tub, x-box, and foose ball table. We misunderstood the posting and thought we were on the skier shuttle bus line, but it worked out fine driving to the Beaver Creek Bear parking lot. Great rental. We hope to be back again!

Perfect ski vacation location and amenities!

We were super happy with the house! It is very well appointed and the owner and property manager were very responsive to our needs! Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the hot tub was delightful for apres’ ski. We would definitely rent it again!

2021 Family Ski Trip

Loved this property, and communication with the property manager was very easy…Property is situated right between Vail and Beaver Creek and allowed easy access to either resort. House is stocked with basics essentials & games for family and kids after a day on the mountain. Lots of room for our group of 10

Wonderful Property

Everything about this home was right. The owner was responsive and helpful. The floor plan is perfect for multiple families. Every room has its own bathroom. It’s so nice to be able to step off the back porch, go on a long walk and take in the scenery. The owners thought about every detail that would make for a comfortable stay. A heated garage for ski equipment...yes! We’re hoping it’s available next time we come!!!!!!

Beautiful Home in Avon

We had a lovely stay at this house in Avon. There is lots of space and great amenities. It's located a couple of miles from Beaver Creek (not where the map indicates), but is still very convenient. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay!

We had an amazing time at this property for our annual ski trip. The location to nearby Vail and Beaver Creek was great. The house has all the amenities that you could want during a ski trip, especially a very nice hot tub. There was plenty of space for everyone and I would 10/10 recommend this to anyone looking for a mountain getaway! Abby was very helpful with questions as well and overall this was a wonderful stay.

Great spacious place with perfect location.

Enjoyed the duplex. There were four adults and five teens. We had enough room for all of us. Four bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths was great. Two living areas and two sectionals. Kitchen was stocked with great applicances, pans, pots and utensils. Perfect distance, roughly halfway, between Beaver Creek Bear Lot and Vail Lionshead Lot. Neighbors were great and very helpful too.

Great location; about a ten min door to door drive to Beaver Creek for a fraction of the cost.

We loved the place. Great for kids, close to Beacer Creek and not too far from Vail. Clean and well stocked home and owner was responsive to our needs and questions. Would definitely go back.

Nice location good layout

One thing to know: there was no shampoo, conditioner or soap provided at the home! So make sure to bring your own. Other than that, everything was excellent. It’s about a 6 min drive to the Elk Lot to park for a very quick shuttle ride to the mountain village and gondola. The location on this app shows the house in a very different location than where it actually was so look at the address instead, but it was an easy location to get to everything. The house was a great layout, easy to have 10 adults with only 2 couples sharing a bathroom. And the hot tub was Awesome!

Comfy, homey, well situated

From the moment you step in the house you feel at home. The fairly recent remodeling is contemporary yet homey. Lots of left over supplies and foodstuff to make the start of vacation easy. Having a bathroom for every bedroom is a plus. The hot tub was great, beds comfy, living and bonus rooms great. Although we had some mechanical issues during our stay the owners got repair people there promptly. The short distance to Avon is a real plus.
