This ski-in/ski-out, two-level, top floor Platinum penthouse is an exquisite architectural gem, optimally situated within The Park Hyatt Hotel Beaver Creek. This residence offers a great room with cathedral ceilings and a 65” TV, an epicurean kitchen outfitted with superior appliances (including a gas range and double ovens), as well as a dining area for eight+. Additional features include a guest suite with king bed and an attached, luxe bathroom, two additional guest bedrooms (one with a king bed, the other with a queen bunk bed), plus a truly awesome den with both twin and double bunks. There’s designer lighting and fixtures throughout, a laundry room, a custom mudroom, and hardwood flooring too. This home is a great generational getaway geared towards children with built in gates at the top and bottom of the stairs.

Guests will appreciate incredible views of Beaver Creek Mountain from the furnished terrace, and accessing Park Hyatt Hotel’s restaurants, lobby bar, outdoor swimming pool, hot tubs, fitness center and room service. Complimentary valet parking for one vehicle is also available.
