Good location, clean, great pools
The Charter is a good location. The main Beaver Creek village is walkable, driving only takes a minute. The heated pools are great, we spent a lot of time there.The unit itself is older and a bit dated, but it was clean with plenty of space. The dishes seemed a bit dirty, but when we were loading the dishwasher to leave we noticed the pod dispenser didn’t drop the detergent pod, so it made sense why. As another review said, it was warm (late July), but there are plenty of fans and we didn’t think it was that bad. We didn’t hear any car noise either, but we were there in the offseason. Overall it was a pretty good stay.

Loved the property for its amenities: ski in ski out, restaurant on site, pool and jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. The actual rental unit could have been cleaned better, we found lots of confetti throughout the apartment from a previous guest, but overall was fine.

Great Location. Ski in ski out.
Our stay at this unit in the Charter was great! There is a run down to a lift and a run from the village back to the building, or you can take the shuttle both ways which is super easy. Also it’s a short walk to the village and all the restaurants. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. Would stay here again.

Great ski condo
The condo was very clean and very well appointed. It literally had everything that we needed. I found the beds to be extremely comfortable, and I found the ambient lighting very soothing in the evening in the mornings with a cup of coffee.I really like the fact that there was a small washer and dryer too. Keep us from having to bring so much clothes. There is a nice wood-burning fireplace however I would’ve preferred a gas fireplace so that we could quickly dry out ski clothes. The Internet worked very well and the TV had many options.We will definitely be going back.

Our stay was very comfortable! It is a great unit. Location is perfect to elevator, garage and pool/workout center. Short walk to the bill is convenient. The fans and coolers were much appreciated. Property manager was very responsive to our request for blankets as the mornings are cool. Beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows. Kitchen is well stocked, salt/pepper are only spices.

extremely hot and noisy unit
I have stayed in many units at the Charter, and this is by far the worst experience I’ve had. Although the property manager was extremely responsive and tried to accommodate us, this property was 85° even in the middle of the night. Zero circulation even with the windows wide open and 55° outside. furthermore, it’s located right by the road, so all you hear road and traffic noise day and night. It’s the opposite of every other unit at the Charter, which are quiet, cool, and beautiful in the mountains. I would not recommend staying here.
