Stunning 13th Century Luxury Villa | Party & Pool
Let yourself be dazzled by this stunning luxury villa, a renovated version of the old 13th century monastery "Sancti Spiritus". The idyllic place to gather your family and friends, in a private and full of luxury.
Completely renovated with an elegant and contemporary decoration, respecting its medieval history and charm.
This ancient monastery dates from 1209 but with all modern comforts.
All services are walking distance in Ávila and only 45 min from Madrid.
The property is renovated and modernized but retaining all the original features of the 12th century.
The living room is built on the apse of the church and the apartment is the old sacristy. Both are preserved in perfect condition.
Property distribution: House area, event area and modern apartment + Exterior
You will also have at your disposal a private garage with capacity for up to 4 vehicles.
In the outdoor areas you will find the colorful and well-kept garden, the pool and the fountain.
A real film luxury at your fingertips.
The house has 5 rooms (4 of them with two single beds joined and the other with a double bed).
Downstairs there is a living room with an "office" to eat.
There is a fully modern and current kitchen and the laundry area.
The hall is of two heights and is built in the chapel of the old monastery.
At the top of the house are 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and an incredible balcony overlooking the colorful grove that makes up the farm.
The other part of the house has a dream living room (with fireplace, oven, vitioceramic,,etc), two bathrooms and a spectacular chillout area to relax and enjoy so much classic luxury.

Outside areas include swimming pool, garden, terrace and private garage for 4 cars.
If you want to hold events you must inform us in advance and check rates and availability .

Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.
The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay
No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.
Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.
The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.
It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.
Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover
In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.
The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.
Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.
The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.
We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
