Fabulous location in Avila Beach

We had a wonderful stay with our 3 adult kids and their families. San Luis Obispo is our home and this stay was one of our best and easiest vacations ever. The house and amenities were just great and we were steps to the beach.

Eleven family members were able to stay at this amazing property while we celebrate a milestone birthday for mom/nana. Everyone had a space to call their own! House was clean and very comfortable. Our host Jay was very responsive which was appreciated. The family agreed we would love to return!

Beautiful Home

We had an amazing time in Avila. This house is exactly as pictured. It is very spacious, very comfortable, has so many amenities and is in an excellent location. We used the bikes, boogie boards and the kayaks and had so much fun! Easy to walk into town or use the golf cart to make a quick trip. Jay is very easy to work with and a great communicator. We would stay here over and over again.

Amazing experience

My family stayed here to celebrate my mom’s 70th. The house is gorgeous, comfortable, and so fun. We loved playing ping pong, hanging out on the rooftop Skybar, riding bikes to the beach, and cooking on the outdoor smoker and grill. The owner is super nice and communicative. Highly recommend this amazing place.

Excellent Family Vacation

This place was awesome! Jay went over and above to make sure we were comfortable and happy!! The beds were amazingly comfortable! There were 17 of us and never felt crowded! We didn’t want to leave!! The area is quiet and lots to do!! We will be back!!

Amazing Property

Cobbo’s was amazing. Everything was first rate, from communication with the owner, to the pristine property, to the location. This is the place you want to stay. Our family of 12 loved everything about it. We’ve probably enjoyed 40 VRBO stays over the years, and this is in the top 3, which says a lot. Thank you, Jay, for sharing your home with us!

Sibling Reunion

Loved the property. It was the perfect accommodation for age 60+ siblings. Couldn’t have done it without the elevator which made it possible for those with limited mobility to enjoy all the festivities.

Amazing!

Our family group of 13 spent the July 4th week at the Cobbo’s home. Everything was just perfect for the young and old. We enjoyed the numerous amenities and appreciated all the fine details put into the home. We have made wonderful memories here in Avila. Thanks to Jay for being such a wonderful host!!

Perfection. There is truly no other way to describe this property. We had five families with kids of varying ages staying at this house and it accommodated us all beautifully. From the rooftop deck to the garage gym and golf cart, no detail was overlooked. The location was amazing! The property was spotless when arrived and everything was exactly where the property manager said it would be. To boot, the property manager provided a number of amazing recommendations to make our trip to Avila truly one to remember. 10/10 would recommend!

Epic Birthday!

I rented this home for our friends & family from out of town to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday. Everyone was BLOWN AWAY! The house had everything we needed for cooking, listening music and drinking cocktails overlooking the ocean. We will all be talking about this place for years to come. 100% recommend!

Wedding Celebration Weekend

Our families gathered to celebrate our recent marriage. The house absolutely exceeded our expectations. The amenities and appliances were over the top! Everything was exceptionally clean and organized. The attention to detail was extraordinary. Can't Get Much Better than This!!

Once you have experienced this house you will never want to leave. Jay was a wonderful host-he explained all the amenities in the house with a brief tour. We enjoyed having dinners on the balcony, taking bike rides, watching tv from fabulous tv's, walking to restaurants on the beach and just hanging out. Even an elevator from sky bar to garage! We will definitely be coming back to this remarkable home and location.

Amazing Family Stay

Our family had such a wonderful and relaxing time at Cobbo’s Beach House! We had family of all ages and needs and this house fit everyone’s needs perfectly. The amenities included were endless from fire pits, hot tubs, pool table, bikes, beach equipment and the list goes on and on. Nothing was overlooked when they built this beautiful home. So impressive and so amazing! Jay was very informative and detailed which made check in, check out and the entire stay a pleasure. We hope we are fortunate to return for a future stay.

75th Birthday Celebration

The property is beautiful and the location and views from the house are exceptional! We could not want for anything. The owners thought of everything! Jay was wonderful and always available for any questions we had. All of the beds are comfortable and each room has a big screen TV. I loved that everyone had their en suite bathroom. The house is wonderful for large families. We loved being in next level accommodations! We will definitely be back!
