Less than one mile to Zilker Park ---stay near everything cool in Austin including Barton Springs Pool. The Peaceful Haven is a spiritual retreat from your busy day or a crash pad at the end of the night. If location, peace, color, comfort and unique art matter you will love my space. THE SPACE (A BUILDING BEHIND MY HOUSE)
* Home is a favorite on the Weird homes Austin annual tour.
* Approximately 300 sf
* Two full size futons on the floor, one in the loft, and big fluffy bean bags. Small bathroom with a very tiny shower (won’t be able to bend over in it). Shave you legs before you arrive :)
* Peaceful Haven is a quiet spiritual space. Please respect the spiritual nature of the space and the neighbors.
* Seeking clean quiet guests. This is not a party space but rather a very cool crash pad.
* Holds six but not very comfortable after four.
* Up to two cars can park on the street in front of house.
* There is no kitchen.

Yes, there is a hot tub but it does have issues so it is not available.

Other things to note
To ensure the safety of both guest and property, we’ve installed exterior security cameras located at (insert locations here). These cameras are actively recording (insert what the camera(s) record, ie: facing south viewing porch, driveway, parking) as well as sound. We are notified whenever there is excessive use of any entrance to the property and will briefly monitor to ensure that both property and our guests & neighbors are safe and secure. Any tampering or otherwise intentionally disabling of our security equipment and/or wifi including, but not limited to guest repositioning, covering, or unplugging of this equipment may be immediate grounds for eviction of our guests with a forfeiture of guest rights to use the property with absolutely no refund to the guest for remaining night(s) stay including the possibility of loss of guest deposit for any and all damages to the property, including interior and exterior damages, in the event that the guest has violated house and safety rules.

WARNING of LOFT RISKS: A loft has an inherent risk of fall as it requires climbing to reach the futon on the upper level using a ladder. Young children should not be left alone in a room that contains a loft. Only TWO persons should be allowed in the loft at a time, and there should be absolutely no horseplay in the loft. To prevent strangulation, never attach or hang items to any part of the loft; for example, but not limited to, belts, hooks, jump ropes, and towels.
RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS FROM RISKS. As a condition of booking this ROOM/APARTMENT/LISTING, Guest hereby releases and holds harmless the Owner, its officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, and contractors from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damages, and attorney fees and costs whatsoever arising from, related to, or resulting from these RISKS, including those caused by the negligent acts or omissions of those released herein, and agrees to indemnify Owner for any claims for injuries to those allowed in the ROOM/CONDOMINIUM/LISTING by the Guest.
