My Family and I stayed for spring break and had a wonderful time, house and property grounds were gorgeous and clean, beautiful hill views, the pool was amazing along with the lounge areas and game room. host was easily accessible and very helpful throughout our stay. we will definitely be back..one of our favorites.

AMAZING property! Hands down the best place my family and I have stayed! The view is breathtaking, so many places to relax/hang out, the pickleball/basketball is SO fun, the pool is the PERFECT temperature, walking trails around the property, different gem for us to explore all around! Last but not least, Jake, the host, is very responsive and so kind! Highly recommend this place! We cannot wait to be back!!! Thank you Jake for sharing the beautiful property with us and for all the wonderful memories made with my family/friends there!

We had an amazing stay at this unique Austin property. The home is spacious, beautifully designed, and filled with character—every corner has something special and unexpected to enjoy. There were plenty of comfortable beds, and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed.The grounds were one of our favorite parts. There are so many peaceful spots to relax, as well as great spaces for hosting gatherings. We had a private chef come for dinner one evening, and eating on the gorgeous deck by the pool was unforgettable. The views were beautiful, and the location couldn’t have been better, close to everything while still feeling quiet and serene.We truly loved our time here and would absolutely stay again.

Fantastic stay in Austin

The stay at Wild Basin was perfect for our group. The home was very clean, the host communication was very thorough, the checkin was seamless and the house had everything we would need. The location is fantastic - a quick trip to downtown Austin, but very peaceful and quiet. The property is very unique with so many activities to keep us entertained. Highly recommend!

Outstanding Home

This house absolutely exceeded our expectations with a large family group!! The house had lots of space for everyone to spread out in and the pool and outdoor area made for a great "hang out" place. I would 100% recommend this property, and Jake was extremely responsive to our needs!

Amazing Property!

The property is absolutely amazing and the pictures do not do it justice! We fully utilized the outdoor area from the pool to the basketball/pickleball court. The inside of the house was beautifully decorated. The property manager, Jake Warren, was the BEST! He was very responsive and provided the best local coffee!

Great location

Had a fantastic stay. The property is beautiful and was a perfect staycation. It is secluded in the hills and with plenty of space and things to do at the property it was great for everyone from kids to adults. Jake was great at communicating and getting back to us with any questions. Overall great stay and would come back again!

Perfect Austin Getaway

We loved this house. Not only was it beautiful and looked exactly as listed, it was in the perfect location. We were close enough to downtown but the house itself felt secluded and relaxing. Would highly recommend!

Great spot!

Had an awesome time at this property. It was exactly like the pictures and perfect for a group of 14 guys. Great indoor space and so much to do outside. Pool was amazing. East Uber to Lake Travis or downtown Austin. Would highly recommend.

FANTASTIC House

Had my bachelor party in Austin and stayed here with about 15 other friends. It was absolutely killer, better than I expected. The house was great, all the amenities needed were there, and the layout/design was perfect. There are two lounge chairs out on a walkway by themselves that are perfectly positioned to look at the sunset over the ridge when it's getting dark, such a smart design. Jake was great and super helpful, 10/10 would recommend.

Lots of fun

The house is great with a lot of fun stuff to do. We played a lot of pickle ball and shuffle board and enjoyed the pool immensely. The rooms and nice and beds are comfortable. Appreciated the bathroom supplies. Not too far into Austin and enjoyed being up in the trees. The only difficulty we had was with communication for check in. No information to check in was provided until 30 minutes before on the day of check in. I hadn’t been able to reach the manager by phone or email all day leaving us unsure if we even could get in. Eventually we got it worked out and communication was great from that point on.

UNREAL HOUSE

This house is better than the picture! I hosted my bachelor party here, and we had the best time. The house is in a great location easy to get to downtown Austin, with a gorgeous pool and an awesome basketball court. It comfortably fit my 11 friends and Jake was super responsive and easy to work with! Highly recommend this house for any of your future events! If you plan on doing a bachelor party in Austin look no further than here!

Fantastic Stay, Amazing Home

Wild Basin is incredible. The home is beautiful and well-appointed. I don't think the pictures in the listing capture how unique the property is; it's really wonderful, especially for a large group and those that like to cook. The property manager, Jake, was very responsive and helpful. We are looking forward to booking the home again for a future trip.

Wonderful Spring Break trip

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Ledge at Wild Basin. The property was clean and well maintained. There was more than enough room for everyone. The highlight of the trip was the pickleball court, which we used the entire time. Thank you, Jake!

The house was fabulous!

No one wanted to leave the property because it had everything! Both the indoor and outdoor space were great for a group our size and the location in the hills was peaceful and beautiful. Outdoors we made use of both the pool and pickle ball court and inside we enjoyed the open living areas as well as the large and comfortable beds. Jake was also very responsive to our questions. The house made our trip!
