Beautiful 1 story, 1200 square foot home completely remodeled in 2024 next to Brentwood Park.

The home has an updated kitchen complete with stone counters, stainless steel appliances, stone backsplash, and wood-like flooring. The bathrooms have updated stone counters, as well as updated tile, faucets, fixtures, lights, etc... The home has 1 king bed in the primary bedroom, 2 queen beds in each of the secondary bedrooms, and a separate small office with 2 desks. There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room. The backyard boasts a large fenced yard with a small patio with seating.

We have high speed internet, and streaming TV services are provided with Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN. Guests are welcome to use their own streaming services as well.

The home is located next to Brentwood Neighborhood Park and within a few blocks of the intersection of Burnet Rd & 2222 - close to so much! If you don't feel like cooking the home is a short walk to great Austin food. BBQ, home cooking, and a neighborhood deli are all nearby. The home is ideally situated near the Crestview Rail station which takes you downtown, as well as bus lines running throughout Austin.

Easy Breezy for a family of 4

We needed a place to stay during our home remodel. I wanted easy and that is exactly what I got. There’s a nearby park which made the transition easy for my kids. A really good deli, wine bar, small grocery and barber are also a short walk away. The backyard is larger than I expected. In fact, the entire main space of the house feels very roomy. The home worked out great for the 4 of us during our multi month stay. The house decor is clean and pretty. The host is wonderful and values making things perfect and easy for guests. There are several ways in and out of the neighborhood, so traffic isn't a problem from this location.
