Very nice for secluded study and living space. Small but cozy. Near (3 mins) to downtown central Austin, campus. Gated back yard with porch. Trees to buffer from road. Small washing machine/dryer, as one unit. Extra room heater/ac to supplement (make adjustments to) main central air (controlled by main townhouse thermostat). End of yard looks down on bus stop.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and a sofa bed.
