Very nice for secluded study and living space. Small but cozy. Near (3 mins) to downtown central Austin, campus. Gated back yard with porch. Trees to buffer from road. Small washing machine/dryer, as one unit. Extra room heater/ac to supplement (make adjustments to) main central air (controlled by main townhouse thermostat). End of yard looks down on bus stop.

Clean and comfortable
George was extremely responsive from first contact and even bought a blender for the unit before my arrival when I asked if the kitchen had one.The space is very cozy and clean. I don’t know what kind of mattress was put in the loft, but it was so comfortable! I really appreciated the thought put into the kitchen appliancesutensils plus having an in-unit washer/dryer. In my 6 month stay, I saw a total of 5 bugs (which had probably snuck in from outside).You might hear the upstairs neighbors once in a while, but I never heard excessive noise/partying - if you did, George would probably take care of it right away.
