SOCO Condo in Quiet East Congress Neighborhood

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, which was recently fully remodeled. The house is decorated with local art, and you will fall in love with the neighborhood, and my neighbors. Super chill vibe here. Recently remodeled two story condo, with spacious kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook great meals, comfy living room with large TV, and private courtyard with custom lighting for relaxing or entertaining. The two upstairs bedrooms are comfortable, with the Master Bedroom as a bedroom, and the Second Bedroom as a study/reading room. You are renting the entire house, private courtyard, and single car garage. I live nearby, and can be available if needed. I can provide lots of recommendations for places to go and eat or hike or bike or drink or whatever. If you need anything at all while staying, please let me know so I can get it for you. I want you to be comfortable and happy! Quiet condo community, with Common Area, private pool, and ample parking. Lots of residents have pets and some have children. The Common Area is a great place to walk and relax and meet other residents. The house has a single car garage you can park in, as well as one parking space next to the garage. There is also parking along the curb.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a sofa bed.

A Peaceful Gem Right Off I-35 This condo was the perfect home base for my time in Austin. The location is conveniently close to downtown & right off I-35 making it easy to get anywhere in the city. Yet, the property itself feels like a peaceful retreat. As soon as I pulled in, I could feel how tranquil and quiet the community is.The condo is spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. It had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. There’s also a lovely pool, and the neighbors were all friendly and welcoming. My dog especially enjoyed walking around the property—it’s very pet-friendly!Mark, the host, was fantastic—super responsive and friendly, with great communication throughout my stay.Highly recommend if you’re looking for a calm, comfortable, and well-located home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again!
