The only "problem" which wasn't really a problem is the hotel is next to some ongoing construction (which is not their fault of course) otherwise it is a food place to stay

Absolutely horrific! Homeless people gather in front of the motel plus a lot of homeless wondering and sitting in motel areas. Guests yelling, fighting, one guest seemed under influence and was kicking doors, slamming doors, yelling at other guests. We could not handle it, we grabbed our things and we decided to leave!
