This cute little home in the heart of Georgetown doesn’t miss a thing. Nothing is overlooked, everything is clean and well thought out. Love having the fenced back yard for our dog too!

Five stars for the house - it’s a perfect rental, great location, everything you could need and looks like a Wayfair ad. Fabulous.HOWEVER and this is huge!! The owner uses a third party mgt company and app instead of communicating the VRBO. We arrived and had a dead link for accessing checkin instructions. I pasted the message to another app and got a “no reservation found” message. I called, I messaged. I called VRBO who also tried but we were locked out with no response. We checked all the doors and found the back sliding door open so we were able to get in but never had a code and NO ONE EVER RESPONDED!! We were in Georgetown for college move-in and would’ve had no place to stay. Whoever owns that house should fire their property manager!! Really unfortunate bc we would stay there again but wouldn’t trust the reservation!! Beyond Unacceptable!!!!

Georgetown Family Gathering

This property is as near perfect as I think you could get. Wonderful hosts, great location to downtown Georgetown, which is a treat by itself. You will love how comfortable and clean, clean. , clean the house is. We loved sitting out on the back patio at night under the bistro lights. Each room has ample closet space. A real home away from home. Zach went above and beyond! Highly recommend. We will definitely rent here again.
