Very walkable location

This property has been well used and could use a little love. We were fine, but if you have any kind of mobility issues, I would not recommend staying here. One bed requires a ladder, and the other is a make-shift stairs with a pretty decent drop from the last step and nothing to hold on to. The larger bed is very close to the ceiling, so if you’re claustrophobic, probably not the stay for you either. Quite a few of the light switches do not work and the water pressure in the bathroom sink is minimal. There is no place to hang or store clothes. It felt a little cluttered in the space. Park at an angle in the parking spot as it is too short to pull straight in. There is also a camera at the door to the home. The outdoor space is lovely and there are plenty of spots to relax. The location is really nice and you can walk to a lot of restaurants. Highly recommend Micklethwaits BBQ and Vera Cruz All Natural tacos.

Overall disappointing

This place was a probably great when it was new. It has seen better days. Lights did not work. Hot water took 10-15 minutes to warm up. Hot tub had ph problems and smelled moldy. Every fan in the house had thick dirt build up in the slats and blades. Access to sleeping lofts was fun but could be super challenging for middle aged or overweight guests. Would not recommend.

Great Little Space

The tiny home is adorable and was just right for a place to crash like we did. Ames was very communicative and helpful, which was much appreciated. Overall, a great experience and a fantastic location.

Tiny home

Overall not a bad stay. Communication was good but the amount of emails was overbearing. The tiny home was cute. The main loft has poor air circulation and it got really hot despite using the provided fan in the loft. In the morning we realized there were more hidden fans around the unit to help circulate air.
