All the information needed to check in was sent to us but the directions were very confusing. We had issues logging into the app that was sent for opening the gate and doors to get into the property. Once finally able to get into the parking garage and with further assistance we were able to access the app. It was a lot to have to deal with after traveling all day. The apt was in okay— beds were very firm. A lot of street noise in the middle of the night. Good location to downtown for college bars. We did not use the pool or really anything in the apt.

Rental details said the was an elevator for handicapped accessibly. Arrived at rental and elevator was out of service. Rental person at site said they were not responsible for elevator. Codes for entry were not correct. App for garage entry did not work. Had to find other accommodations at last moment. Couldn’t stay at that rental.

Clean but well used property...dented refrigerator...moldy grout...wifi was not reliable. Parking good once in but check in process difficult...not prepared for the challenges as info sent just prior to stay...requiring an app to be downloaded and signed into...on the bright side...good support from management...her name is Jade...she was patient and understanding

Apartment itself wasnt bad. Confusing situation with the app to open gates and all. Wasnt aware there was a huge fraternity house across the street so with the late loud parties sleeping wasnt the best. Water was shut off to the unit for a day (no fault of the owner) and that threw a wrench into our plans as well. However, the owner did all they could and it was an experience we wont forget lol. I WISH I could give it 5 stars, because the property management deserves it, however, the location and water situation just wasnt for us. Probably would be no issue for younger renters though

The hosts were very responsive and made the check in easy. The apt was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. Unfortunately the apt is next to a college fraternity and the music is blasted all night. First night the music stopped at 1030pm. The 2nd night i had to call police twice as the music played until 3am.
