Shared washing machine in a room in the entrance. Shared outdoor space (table and chairs per gite). Terraced house comprising the 2 gîtes (common entrance) and the owners' accommodation, located at the bottom of the village. Free public parking nearby, with the possibility of unloading the car in the courtyard of the house. Bicycle storage shared between the 2 gîtes (6 bicycles maximum). Spacious and comfortable cottage, well equipped. Supermarket and services in Modane 7 km away. On the edge of the village, with a free shuttle stop 50 m away to access the alpine and cross-country ski slopes (Aussois Val Cenis Sardières Nordic area). Leisure center 300 m away with swimming pool, tennis.
