Could Use a Professional Touch
I had to reach out for the access code before our arrival as it was not provided one hour before. The interior looked as pictured. Nicely decorated, etc.
Upon arrival, we found only a half a roll of toilet paper upstairs. There was only half a roll of paper towels, 2 of the kitchen chair legs were very loose. I had inquired about coffee filters before arrival but only found 2 loose in a cabinet. Speaking of the kitchen, the cabinets did not appear very clean, the cookware was old, stained and broken. One of the pans didn't have a handle.
I was given the code to the storage closet to look for paper towels and coffee filters but did not find any. Luckily we were able to replenish toilet paper and garbage bags throughout our stay though.
There were no children's games as advertised, but we didn't need any. The air mattress deflated while our 5 year olds were sleeping.
The upstairs bathroom could use a deep clean. The baseboards are really dirty, there's missing and dirty grout/caulk. The exhaust fan was full of dust.
The ceiling fans were all dirty. The Large bedroom ceiling fan has warped blades and knocks so we couldn't use it. The thermostat batteries died and the house got cold so we had to go buy some.
The door bell didn't work, the backyard light may be out. The bed side lights didn't work. The above stove light was out. There were towels and sheets left in the dryer as well as Dishes left in dish washer. overall this fit our needs but could be improved.
