Two beds and baths located on the second floor, half bath on the main floor, basement bedroom with newly installed bathroom, and a cottage out back bring this home to a total of 4 beds/4.5 baths. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. The cottage stands separately from the house and is perfect for the guest who needs more privacy and quiet.
