Most spacious suite, had to stop myself thinking of it as an apartment. Luxurious bath was a treat. Loved having coffee machine available as well as room drinks facility. Enjoyed the quirky surroundings and even a couple of games of pool. Would love to return.

Fantastic Stay – Special Thanks to Batu & Nils!

The hotel is ideally located directly across from Augsburg HBF station, making it extremely convenient for travel, with taxis, buses, and tram stops right outside the door. Overall, the hotel was very good. Although our room wasn’t ready upon arrival, we were offered a complimentary drink, which was a nice touch and much appreciated. The main reason for our high rating is down to Batu and Nils, who were absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Nothing was ever too much trouble—they clearly work very hard and are dedicated to ensuring guests have a great experience. They are truly a credit to the hotel and their employer. We would absolutely stay here again without hesitation when visiting this beautiful city and fully recommend this hotel—5 stars without a doubt! Thank you so much, Batu and Nils!

After I checked in I never spoke to anyone at the hotel. The front desk was never open until 10 PM as advertised in my entire stay instead you had to code into the empty back parking lot to enter the building. House keeping leaving vacuum cleaner on the stairs unattended. Grey carpet in the common area is filthy. When checkout time came. I stood at the desk at called for 5 minutes only to realize that someone was in the back office and didn't answer but came out and took the keys I left on the desk. This hotel was incredibly dirty and I would not stay here again. The one positive was the man who worked the front desk - check in was very easy and he was friendly. However, the first room we got to was disgusting. There was hair all over the bed and pillows, the floor was filthy, and it was obvious nothing had been dusted. We were only staying one night so we decided to ask for a change of sheets and suck it up. Again, the man at the front desk was very helpful and moved us to a new room and was extremely apologetic! He even gave us champagne and orange juice as an extra. However, the second room was pretty dirty as well. Still dirty floor and dust everywhere, but the sheets looked cleaner so we again decided to deal with it for 1 night because it was late at this point. Overall, I would go elsewhere due to the level of cleanliness.
