Very bright T2 apartment, for 2 to 4 people, (46 m2 renovated in 2018) located on the first (and last floor), with a 10 m2 balcony with sea view 150 m from the large Audierne beach.
Close to surf spots, the Île de Sein pier and the nautical center, 50 m from the tennis courts.
Large living room, very bright, with a comfortable 2-seater convertible sofa (duvet, pillows and household linen provided), coffee table, 2 dressers, library with many books and board games for all ages.
A bedroom with 2 single beds, possibility of bringing them together (duvets, pillows and household linen provided), bedside tables and lamps, storage unit.

early summer short break

Very pleasant apartment and helpful owners. Slightly out of the centre but very near a lovely beach that can we viewed from the balcony. 2 single beds creaked a lot but otherwise the apartment was nicely set up.

Sehr nettes Apartment in schöner Lage. Vom Balkon aus mit Seitenblick aufs Meer. Die Wohnung schien vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert worden zu sein. Die Einrichtung war im IKEA Stil. Alles war vorhanden außer einem Staubsauger. Die Heizung funktionierte gut. Netter Kontakt mit den Vermietern.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Apartment von Frederique und Mikus. Highlight ist sicherlich die Lage der Wohnung, nur 3 Fußminuten vom wunderschönen Sandstrand in Audierne entfernt. Bei schönem Wetter konnten wir auf dem Balkon frühstücken. Auch Sonderwünsche, wie eine zweite Decke, erfüllten die Gastgeber rasch. Lediglich das Bett war für unseren Geschmack sehr weich bzw. die Matratze sehr durchgelegen (1 Stern Abzug, weil wir dadurch nicht so gut schlafen konnten).Alles in allem aber ein guter Aufenthalt in einem schönen Strandort der Bretagne!

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen in Audierne verbracht! Die Wohnung liegt hervorragend in der Nähe des Plage de Trescadeg, den Hafen und die Geschäfte von Audierne kann man ebenfalls durch einen gediegenen Spaziergang leicht erreichen. Die Lage und Umgebung lässt quasi keine Wünsche übrig, da man schnell bei diversen Restaurants sein kann, aber auch den nicht zu vollen Strand direkt vor der Nase hat. Zusätzlich kann man auch relativ schnell die Pointe du Raz oder auch Quimper, Concarneau und Pont Aven erreichen (30-60 min Fahrt je nach Ziel). Wir haben viele kleinere Ausflüge in die Umgebung gemacht und so die jeweiligen Küstenstreifen erkundigt. Sehr empfehlenswert! Besonders gut hat uns auch der kleine Balkon gefallen. Gerade in den Abendstunden haben wir hier noch viel Sonne genießen können! Vielen lieben Dank, dass wir unseren Urlaub hier verbringen durften! :)

Zum Wohlfühlen

Moderne und saubere Wohnung in sehr guter Lage zum Strand und zur Stadt. Praktische Ausstattung zum zu Hause fühlen. Auf dem Balkon lässt sich die Nachmittags- und Abendsonne wunderbar genießen. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus. Wir hatten drei wunderbare Wochen!
