It's strange to say, but my stay at the Park Hyatt was just about perfect. The room (superior room with 1 king) was a perfect size and beautiful with a great view and great lighting. The bathtub and walk-in closet were highlights. The food was excellent and plentiful. The staff were extremely attentive and accommodating. I arrived very early in the morning, tired and with several hours to kill. They invited me to freshen up and relax in the spa locker room and hydrotherapy room! Then while having lunch in the Living Room, they texted that my room was ready early. The level of service never wavered. On my last morning, I didn't realize breakfast would start at 7 rather than 6:30, but my ride to the airport was at 7. I interrupted their breakfast set-up and they were SO kind and offered to let me takeaway what was already ready (which was plentiful), and never did I feel I was in their way or interrupting them. I hope to return to Auckland someday and will definitely choose the Park Hyatt again.

Fabulous Hotel and so quiet, staff were friendly and helpful, room was amazing with Balcony overlooking Marina, big bath which i love, Restaurants to choose from, which we did, eake up to the sunrise over Marina just beautiful. Worth it.

Slighty strange hotel, the lobby and atrium is vast and a bit sterile looking but the rooms are fantastic, and the location is perfect for accessing down the great waterfront area of Auckland. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic place to be based for any trip to Auckland - whether long or short. Located in a part of the city that epitomises Auckland (ie the waterfront) with the buzz of the Viaduct just a short scenic stroll away. The hotel itself is beautiful and calm, with highly attentive and friendly personnel who go out of their way to help. Highly recommend.

The venue is located around the harbour port in Auckland. Room was massive had everything that would need during the stay. Lots of dinning options at the hotel but also around the hotel as well if you did not want to eat at the hotel. Ferry terminal was around 5mins walk from the hotel so was very close by. It is a bit of a walk to the CBD but still not to far. Staff was very friendly and so helpful during the stay.
