No details were provided to me on how to check in from Expedia, therefore we had to contact the host and rummage through 25 lock boxes, turned up 4pm room still dirty, hadn't been cleaned. Host sorted this in a timely manner. But we had to evacuate while this was done. Kindly the host gave us a half refund & a bottle of wine. Unfortunatley the fridge did not work, so the ice etc we brought did not stay cold, nor did our nibbles cheese etc. Disappointed.

Every glass needed to be washed before they were used. Bathrooms, shower screens and drains were unclean. Check in instructions were not sent and calls to host not answered until 5 minutes before checkin time. Very small apartment. Fantastic location & view from balcony. Easy to access after finally being sent all of the information.
