We’ve rented many homes in the past and no other house was cleaner or more well equipped. This house had everything and made packing so much easier. Our family loved the bikes! Thank you and we look forward to returning!

The host was very quick to answer any questions we had. The house was very clean and had an amazingly stocked kitchen with plates, utensils, cookware, stemware, etc. I would highly recommend this property.

The Seagate does not disappoint! Everything about the property is first rate. And the fact that it's pet friendly is icing on the cake. We look forward to staying at the Seagate each year. It's a gem!

Great Stay

We had a great week at the beach. Cleanest property we have ever stayed at. Communication with the owner was excellent. Being up at the end of Ocean City, lots of space on the beach and just a short drive to lots of activities and restaurants. Hope to stay again next year.

Beautiful house - excellent host. Loved being close to the beach - kitchen laid out very odd, not a full size oven and a little tricky getting everything working. It was a great week though and thank you to Chris for allowing us to rent your wonderful beach house. And for saving the day with the grill - much appreciated!

We just returned from our 4 week stay at The Seagate. The property was perfect for our party of 10! It was stocked with everything we could have possibly needed and more. Check in and check out were a breeze and the house was spotless upon our arrival. We had a couple very small issues that were addressed immediately. Chris and his family were excellent hosts. I highly recommend a stay at “The Seagate.”

Wonderful beach house

We had a great time in this beautiful beach house. We loved the location and enjoyed taking walks with our dog. The house is very nicely stocked and we enjoyed having the two separate tv rooms.

Great location! House very accommodating!

A rental was wonderful. The owners had everything that you would need for a great vacation. The house was really clean and enjoyable, loved looking at the ocean from the deck on the second floor.
