Welcome to our stunning historic home located just one block away from the beach in Atlantic City, near Ventnor City. This home is perfect for large groups seeking a unique and comfortable vacation experience in a truly special location.

Built in the early 1900s, this home has been beautifully restored and updated with modern amenities while still maintaining its original charm and character. With eight bedrooms and two bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate a large group.


The space
As you enter on the first floor, you will be met with high ceiling and white marble floors in a gorgeous foyer. This level provides large areas for your group to gather, including a formal dining room, double sized living room, a 1/2 bath, and an updated kitchen with white quartz countertops.

The second floor features 3 bedrooms and a shared full bath, as well as a master suite with its own full bath.

4 additional bedrooms 2 full baths are offered downstairs with a separate entry. This floor also features a bonus kitchen and den area.

All the essentials are included:

This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE. There is a 10pm city-wide noise ordinance. If you are looking to party, play loud music, get drunk and rowdy, or talk loudly outside after dark, this house is not for you.

This was an amazing house. It was exactly like listed. When my friends and I arrived, I said “Welcome Home” because for 3 days…this was our amazing home. We were able to relax, have fun n enjoy our time together due to our home away from home being so amazing

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious house in a great part of Atlantic City! The living and dining areas were amazing, providing plenty of room for our group to chat and relax for hours. The swing was a lovely added touch, perfect for unwinding. It's also very close to the boardwalk and beach, although the area isn’t ideal for leisurely walks. The property management was extremely responsive and made the whole process seamless. Highly recommend to a big group looking for a comfortable, convenient place to stay!

I like the fact that the neighborhood was very quiet. I think there should be a better explanation of house, because the house was described that there was eight bedrooms I didn't realize that you had to go outside to get to the other bedrooms. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. we found wet towels in the machine downstairs and cleaning cloths in the sink. Leaves and Debrie outside the house. Overall, we did enjoy ourselves
