Orbitz, this is the worst place I have ever stayed in my entire 67 yrs. This place should be condemned. There is black mold growing in some of these rooms, they let you check several rooms to see if they are habitable and not one room was suitable for any human to stay in. How are you even still promoting this location for travelers. I am requesting a refund from you because I had no idea that you could not even stay there for one night and my stay was booked from your site so I want my money back because it was taken out of my account before I reached the hotel. Could barely even walk into the room and certainly would not bring any of my belongings there. I will gladly provide my credit card info so refund can be put back onto my card. I was not the only person that could not stay. Everyone that was attempting to check in had same issue and were trying to get refunded thru hotel to no avail I am sure some of the guests booked thru Orbitz and they will also be asking to be refunded

This is by far, the worst hotel I've ever staryed in. The hallways smelled of mildew, weed, and other grossness. The room was dirty, it looked as if it's never seen a vacuum. The air conditioner hardly worked. There must have been an animal living in the bathroom at some point, as the door was clawed and it looked as if the knob was chewed, seriously, I couldn't make this up.. there were no towels in the room, the toilet was leaking which made the floor damp outside the bathroom.. should I go on?? The pool was empty and out of service.. there were stoves and filing cabinets out in the parking lot.. I guess that's enough.. just do yourself a favor and don't stay here..

This place was horrible, waited in hot lobby about 20 mins before someone came to help , lobby smelled of mildewm room had no washcloths or towels because she said they where being washed toilet clogged after using it once . There was no glasses or ice bucket to get anything to drink, vending machine was broken, nasty carpet the only ok thing was the bed at least the sheets was clean but the bed was hard . Thank goodness it was just one night and me and my son was tired I tried to get cancelation to get another room but they said I would loss my money if so . But if we wasn't so tired I would've just took the loss. Never again !!!

Facilities is a disaster. Lobby does not have a ceiling wires protruding everywhere. Kitchen dinette area has garbage and bugs. Hallway leading to room with sunken in floors ,doors with missing handles and locks. Paint chipped ,missing ceiling tiles. The room it self was never kept up. Sheet with holes and dust floor broads missing complete with screws missing. I want my money back this place is a joke.

The hotel staff is terrible. Even after booking the room well in advance, they denied any booking. I was stranded on road for more than 4 hours with parents and young kids. This hotel should be de-listed from all the sites and marked as one of the worst ones.

Dirty, no pillows, hair in the drain, mirror falling off the wall. Dumpster outside the door. Enough said!

hotel was awful. I HAD NO TOWELS UNTIL THE NEXT MORNING AND THERE WAS A HOLE IN THE WALL. THE BLANKET WAS FADED AND OLD.

Our first room had an AC unit that was broken apart with vents missing and the curtains looked dirty so we asked to be switched into another room. The room doors seemed to be broken because every time we used our hotel key it would take at least 5 tries for the door to actually open. Rooms were a decent size and overall were decent for the price paid

Honestly, the location is convenient for what we needed it for, but you definitely need to check your expectations. The front desk personnel is always friendly, which is why we have stayed here twice. I would suggest booking early so that you can get a cheaper rate!

Well..what a old run down inn..during my overnight stay, i had three rooms within 2 hours. The first room they gave me was not clean or prepared for check in. The bed wasnt made and the bathroom was not cleaned. I told the front desk clerk which they game me a new room. My second room was old. I proceeded to take a nap before i ventured out to the casinos. As i was laying down, i noticed a bug crawling across the bed sheets. I looked at the pillows and discovered there were large bed bugs. I took the pillow with care to the front desk. Needless to say i was not happy after spending $258 upfront during Labor Day weekend. I was given a 3rd room..this room was down graded from king to a double bed. There were no bath towels or wash cloths in my room. I called the front desk to request towels. 4 hours later after demanding towels i received them damp. What a joke this place is. Do not stay there.

The hotel was actually not as bad as we expected. We expected a cigarrette smelling, dirty hotel, but to our surprise it was clean and not bad smelling at all. It is a bit farther from the boardwalk than we anticipated but we had a car so it wasnt a big deal.

No KEY TV MICROWAVE NO WATER FROM SINK ,wires exposed from card key door lock not ready for use , really filthy.

I had no gripes about the room cleanliness, but I didn't have a TV remote control in my room the 2 nights I was there. I mentioned it to the front desk and someone passed it to their relief to take action...I went back down the front desk to inquire since nobody brought a remote to my room and the clerk was aware of my issue but I was expected to come down and get several remotes to try them (none worked). Also, the wi-fi was not strong enough to reach my room and I had to go to the lobby for that. Oh, and there was no phone in my room - the clerk was surprised when I mentioned that. And I asked for a do not disturb sign and was promised one but it never was sent to me. Oh, well, it's not too far from the Boardwalk and breakfast is free.

Staff was very nice, room super nice and clean! Hotel located at a convenient location. I really enjoyed my trip to Ac!

Staff was very nice I will give the hotel that. I came back to my room after getting off from the bus from nyc. To far from the casino to walk to from knights inn. My AC stop working so they had to change my room... The key cards did not want to work in the door, & I had to of them. The show did not drain so water was up to ankles while I was showering. Not a place I would run back to. I would use it if I had no other choice

If you just need a place to crash after a night in AC it's fine. Only a 10 minute cab ride and you get your own entrance from the outside.

We only stayed one night so we weren't looking for anything luxurious. After booking online and using Orbucks, I was able to save over $100 on the regular price, which would've been overpriced. The hotel itself needs some work. There were several rooms that were unavailable because they were in need of repairs, I saw a broken vending machine (which I didn't need) and the outside could've used some greenery (there were two large empty flower boxes). The room itself was clean but outdated (pink bathroom tiles, no flatscreen). The AC didn't work initially but when I inquired, a staff member came up immediately and fixe it promptly. The breakfast was simple-toast, muffins, danishes, cereal, coffee and orange juice. Overall, We had a good stay but I wouldn't pay the regular rate ($229 if you booked in person that day).
