This unit, a 1st floor studio with keyless entry -- one queen-sized bed and one queen-sized futon, galley style kitchen, dining area, and living space -- sleeps 4. Parking for small/medium-sized vehicle. Cable and wifi included! Upper sun deck, and a grill located in the pool area! Pool opens Memorial Day (subject to change). Card-op laundry room and ice machine on the premise. All kitchen accessories available -- pots/pans/dishes/cups/glasses/utensils.
