Fantastic Stay

This place is just great. Spotless. Everything is updated and feels new. The kitchen is well appointed. The view of the bay is amazing. We got to watch a couple of storms roll across the bay and also could watch the birds and the boats go by from the balcony. Parking was convenient. The proximity to the bridge was no problem as it was neither noisy nor did it impact the view. Check in was easy and Greg is a great host. Would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.

Beautiful view as soon as you walk in the property. Balcony perfect for relaxing, my spot to read a book and drink coffee.Location was perfect, very walkable. The designated parking spot was a game changer.Greg was great, response time less than 10 minutes. I'd definitely stay again!

Great Location!

The property was just as advertised. The sunsets were beautiful and only a short 15 minute walk to the beach and the boardwalk. The kitchen was well stocked and the balcony was perfect for early morning coffee. The only negative is that the walls are pretty thin so you can hear the neighbors, but otherwise it was a fantastic property. Would stay again!

It was great! We’ve rented condos in OCNJ through various realtors over the last 15 years and decided to give this VRBO a try because Saturday-Saturday didn’t work for me this year and because the bayside would be something new for us to try. Appreciated having some essentials provided for us like hand and dish towels, hand and dish soaps, K-cups… all the pots and pans you could need. We kept paddle boards on the community patio/dock and they were fine. It was a quiet location even with the bridge. It wasn’t overly decorated (i.e. cluttered). For folks from PA: byo grocery store bags! No more plastic bags at ACME etc. Would consider renting again!

We love this condo!

This condo is newly renovated and clean as a whistle and the view is just breathtaking.! The pictures in the listing can't do it justice. We had a very active vacation in OC this year, but honestly my best moments were just sitting on the deck having coffee in the morning and watching the sun set in the evening. We just loved this place and Greg was a joy to deal with - courteous, helpful and ultra responsive. Thank you so much!

If you are looking for an awesome location on the bay in OCNJ, this property deserves your consideration. Perfect for a family stay, this condo is chic, clean, spacious, and has a beautiful view of the bay. Two dedicated parking spots make it easy to explore the area, and the owner of the property couldn't have been easier to work with. Communication was A++++ and much appreciated…we had a blast!

The VRBO has amazing views of the Bay. It is perfect for the vacationers who want to enjoy the Boardwalk and such, but yet stay far enough away from the chaos to be able to sleep well. We walked to the beach from the VRBO, but if you are a family w lots to bring it is a bit of a haul & you may want to drive. We visited during a heatwave, and the ability to stay inside during high heat and still enjoy the Bay views was perfect for us. The owner was very good at communicating, offering us ideas on things to do on our stay. We loved it so much we are hoping to make it a yearly trip.
